If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Travel from Hanoi
Pick up from Hanoi Old Quater for those who book the transfer service and travel to Halong Bay (the transfer car is excluded from the cruise price).
11:45 - 12:00 | Get on board
Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina and embark on the cruise. Enjoy your welcome drink while listening to the cruise briefing.
Enjoy Lunch
Valentine Premium starts cruising into the bay. Let’s enjoy your lunch while passing by pretty spots such as Incense Burner, Kissing Rocks, etc.
Visit Sung Sot Cave
Surprise Cave is one of Halong Bay's most stunning and biggest grottoes. The grotto's mouth is accessed after ascending around a hundred stone stairs. Getting inside, you’ll see a stunning world of shining stalactites and stalagmites.
Back to Valentine Junk Boat
Return to the cruise and sail to the anchor point. Before dinner, you can join the Fruits & Vegetables carving lesson with the Head Chef. He’ll show the guests how to decorate and make some traditional Vietnamese food.

Have an amazing dinner experience in the restaurant. Then you are free to relax, try squid fishing, or play board games.

Morning Activities
Start a new day with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck (for 30 minutes) then enjoy breakfast served in the restaurant.
Have a trip on a day boat
For excursions, passengers will board a transfer boat to explore the bay further. It’s time to swim and kayak in the most popular areas of Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay, such as Dark & Bright Cave, Ba Trai Dao, and Pearl Farm.

Morning warm-up
Enjoy the magnificent sunrise as you wake up and practice Tai Chi. Then go to the dining room for breakfast with coffee, tea, and pastries
Explore Titop Island
Travel to the stunning Titop Island. Here, you can unwind on the charming white beach or hike to the island’s top for a 360-degree view of the bay.

9:00 | Check out the cabin - Have brunch
When passengers return to the boat, you’ll have 30 minutes to freshen up and complete checking out. Please leave your luggage bags outside the room.
You may have a delicious brunch in the restaurant. After that, the bills are settled. Enjoy the bay beauty from the sundeck or the lounge as we approach the pier.
11:00 | Arrive at Tuan Chau Port
Reach the pier and disembark. Now you just have to wait for your transportation back to Hanoi (book with an extra fee).
14:30 - 15:00 | Stop at your hotel
After a 2,5 hours transfer from the pier, you will stop at your hotel in Hanoi. This is the end of the trip.
