- From 5 to 7 years old: Surcharge 2,500,000vnd if sharing a bed with adults or 3,500,000vnd if an extra bed is required
- From 8 to 10 years old: Surcharge 3,500,000vnd if sharing bed with adults or 100% charge if extra bed is required
- Child from 11 years old: 100% adult rate if the child is 11 years & above
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of the total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of the total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of the total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.

08:00 - 08:30 | Travel from Hanoi
Our driver will meet you at your hotel in Hanoi and transfer you to Sunworld International Harbor (shuttle limousine available with a surcharge).
12:00 | Embark the cruise
Upon arrival at Sunworld Harbor, take a short break before boarding the Cycad Cruise. A quick 5 - 10 minute tender ride will bring you to the main ship.
Step aboard with a warm welcome drink, attend a short safety briefing, and check into your cabin. Soon after, enjoy a delightful fusion buffet lunch as the cruise gently makes its way into the stunning Bai Tu Long Bay.
Visit Thien Canh Son Cave
Explore the fascinating Thien Canh Son Cave, perched atop a mountain and renowned for its impressive geological formations and natural charm. Comfortable walking shoes and a camera are recommended.
Later, paddle your kayak through the breathtaking limestone seascape or take a refreshing swim, sunbathe, and simply unwind in the peaceful surroundings.
Relax on board
Return to the Cycad Cruise for a shower and a bit of relaxation before heading up to the sundeck. From 17:30 - 19:00, enjoy Happy Hour with special drinks and a charming canapé party for high tea.
Special dinner - Free time
Try on a traditional Vietnamese "Ao co phuc" provided free of charge for a unique cultural experience and photo opportunity against the bay’s heritage backdrop.
Dinner is a highlight of the day: indulge in a fine set menu featuring lobster and other exquisite Vietnamese dishes, followed by a traditional Vietnamese mini music performance to round off the evening.
