If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
8:15 - 9:00 | Transfer from Hanoi
From Hanoi Old Quarter, get in your transportation and travel to Halong (the price doesn’t include the transfer fee). It takes about 2.5 hours to reach the pier.
11:45 - 12:00 | Embark - Lunchtime
Present at Tuan Chau Marina and board the Light Cruise. Enjoy some fresh refreshments while the ship sailing to the World Heritage Halong Bay.
Have a delicious lunch at the restaurant on board and take a look at some famous sights of the bay like Fighting Cock Islet and more.
Visit Sung Sot Cave & Luon Cave
In the afternoon, let’s join a fantastic cave tour in Halong Bay.
The first stop is Sung Sot Cave, well-known for its majestic view of thousands of sparkling stalactites & stalagmites. Don’t forget to take pictures of this stunning place.
Then, take a bamboo boat trip or kayak by yourself at the Luon Cave area. Witness the lush flora, imposing limestone islands, and feel the fresh wind will relax your mind.
Travel to Titop Island
Visiting Titov Island, which has a sandy beach near a high limestone mountain with a beautiful backdrop of the Bay. You can trek to Titop Peak for a panoramic view of the bay that seems like heaven or simply unwind on the beach here.

Return to Light Cruise for some relaxation while it traveling back to Tuan Chau Port.

It’s time to say goodbye to the staff and get off the board at Tuan Chau Marina. Transfer to Hanoi on the highway to reach your hotel (book the transfer with an extra fee).
20:30 | Arrive at Hanoi
Travel back to your hotel in the Old Quarter if you have booked the pickup service. Get off and end your trip here.

Nice way to explore Halong
Haley is very quick in response, she easily finds a suitable cruise for us.
Though we only had a day cruise, the service on board was excellent, refreshments were ample, and staff was helpful.

Although I wish the trip was longer (I don't have enough time for an overnight cruise). This day cruise was still very nice, great lunch buffet, pretty attractions, and super nice staff.

Wonderful day in Ha Long Bay
I had a fantastic day on the Light Cruise in Ha Long Bay.
The boat was nice, the meal was delicious, and the staff was pleasant and helpful.
I want to return next year.
