Booking Policy
- Ha Long Bay sightseeing day cruise itinerary and accompanied art performances (Departure: 18:00PM)
- Meals on boat: Including 01 luxury dinner with water in the buffet counter of each meal

- 3 days prior to arrival: 100% charge of the booking
- Everything has to confirm by email of sale in charge/ general email in Vietnamese working hours
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

We visit Sung Sot cave, renowned as the most beautiful cave in Halong Bay, where magnificent stalactites and stalagmites create a stunning natural masterpiece.

My overall experience on this cruise was great. The staff is super friendly, nice meals. It's just that the road to the waiting lounge was bumpy and dirty, hope they fix that soon.

Very nice. We had a free day in Halong Bay and wanted to take a day cruise. The dishes for lunch are various and tasty. There were some interesting performances, too.
Overall it was memorable though the time on board was short.
