- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.

Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Pick up from Hanoi
Present at your hotel in Hanoi and travel to Halong Bay (the transfer is excluded from the cruise price). There will be a rest stop midway.
11:00 - 12:00 | Check in - Embark
After a 2.5-hour drive, you will check in at Ambassador's Lounge (1st Floor - Halong International Cruise Port).
Passengers are transferred to Ambassador Cruise Halong Bay and a short welcoming briefing will be held at the Piano Lounge or at the restaurant after that.
Have Lunch
Savor a buffet lunch while enjoying the majestic views of the World Natural Wonder, Halong Bay with numerous majestic limestone islets.
Explore Luon Cave
Your first excursion is a visit to Luon Cave - a unique cave in Halong Bay featuring the self-contained lake inside a closed arch-shaped mountain, which you can experience by sitting on a bamboo boat rowed by a local or kayaking (need an extra fee).

Unwind in Titop Island
Next, visit Titop Island - a splendid destination encompassing a crescent moon-shaped beach, where you can immerse yourself in the turquoise water. Guests may also climb to the mountaintop beholding the breathtaking 360-degree view of the bay.
NOTE: For guests who stay on board, visit the Piano Lounge for homemade cakes, pamper at Atelier de Beauté Spa, or unwind in the pool.
Sunset Activities
At sundown, Ambassador Cruise will anchor overnight. This is the perfect time for you to enjoy a cooking class or Happy Hour and Canapes at the Piano Lounge or on the Sundeck (depending on weather conditions).
You may listen to live music at the Piano Lounge before dinner and it is guaranteed to whet your appetite.

Tai Chi Class - Breakfast
Start your day with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck or at the Piano Lounge. (depends on weather conditions).

Sung Sot Cave Excursion
It’s time to explore the spectacular Sung Sot Cave. This is the largest and most magnificent cave in the bay, featuring marvelous and mysterious thousand-year-old stalactites and stalagmites in a variety of unique forms.

After an amusing cave tour, you will get back to Ambassador Cruise for brunch at the restaurant.
Then you may settle your bill and check out at the reception around 9:30 on the 1st deck as the ship cruises back to the harbor.
10:15 - 10:30 | Disembark
The cruise takes you back to the pier. Let’s get off and say farewell to the crew on board. If you book the transfer (with an extra fee), wait for your driver in the lounge.
14:30 - 15:00 | Back to Hanoi
Travel from the pier back to Hanoi via highway. Stop at your hotel in the Old Quarter and end the trip.

Get ready and get on your transfer service to travel to Halong (with an extra fee). It’ll take about 2,5 hours.
10:00 - 10:30 | Check in - Get on board
Arrive at Halong International Harbor and do the check-in process at the Ambassador’s waiting lounge. Then transfer to the cruise on a speedboat.
The staff welcomes you on board around 12:15 with a fresh drink. Afterward, go to the Piano Lounge or the restaurant for a short cruise briefing.
Set sails - Have lunch
Ambassador Cruise starts sailing into Halong Bay. Time to enjoy a delicious buffet lunch while witnessing the stunning scenery from the restaurant’s windows.
Luon Cave Excursion
Your first trip in the afternoon is to Luon Cave, one of the prettiest caverns in Halong Bay, with a self-contained lake inside a closed arch-shaped mountain. You may sit on a bamboo boat rowed by a local or go kayaking (extra charge) to discover the beauty of this place.
Visit Titop Island
Then you will travel to Titop Island, a magnificent spot with a crescent moon-shaped beach. Let’s play on the beach and enjoy the cool sea to relax. Hiking to the top of the island for a panoramic view of the bay is another fun option.

Free time at Sunset
Back to the Ambassador Cruise afterward, then it will sail to the anchor area. During dusk, you may join the cooking class or Happy Hour with Canape, or listen to live music at the Piano Lounge or sundeck.

2 days 1 nights in Halong Bay
Our family went to Halong twice this year and both times were great. Our family was taken care of very thoughtfully and conscientiously by Mr. Will along with a team of other receptionists such as Hung.
The biggest highlight is that the food is very delicious whether it is Asian or European. Thank you for the cooking instructions. If I have the chance, I will go again.

We experienced 1 day here, the bedroom is beautiful and cool. The staff is very enthusiastic. We went to visit the cave of Surprise, and the cave of Luon, and also went swimming, everything was very beautiful and convenient. The dinner here is very delicious. The service on the 4th floor with very good music
