If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.

Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Pick up from Hanoi
Present at your hotel in Hanoi and travel to Halong Bay. There will be a rest stop along the way. (The transfer is excluded from the cruise price.)
11:00 - 11:45 | Check in - Embark
After a 2.5-hour drive, you will check in at Ambassador's Lounge (1st Floor - Halong International Cruise Port).
Passengers are transferred to Ambassador Cruise on a speed boat, and a short welcoming briefing will be held at the Piano Lounge or at the restaurant after that.
Have Lunch
Enjoy a buffet lunch and breathtaking views of Lan Ha Bay, a world-renowned natural wonder with countless magnificent limestone islets.
Explore Viet Hai Fishing Village
Vísit the peaceful Viet Hai Fishing Village in the afternoon. You'll get to see ancient houses while learning about the everyday lives of the inhabitants. To relieve stress, let's take some time to enjoy a fish foot massage.
As an alternative, you can remain on board and unwind on the sundeck or receive spa services (extra charge). Homemade cakes will be provided in the Piano Lounge.
Sunset Activities
At sundown, Ambassador Cruise will anchor overnight. This is the perfect time for you to enjoy a cooking class or Happy Hour and Canapes at the Piano Lounge or on the Sundeck (depending on weather conditions).
Enjoy dinner - Free time
Savor a delicious dinner with our chef’s special menu at the sundeck (if weather permits) or at the restaurant.
After dinner, enjoy live music from the Band at the Piano Lounge (except Mondays), or try squid fishing, a spa treatment, or movies at your cabin.

Tai Chi Class - Breakfast
Start your day with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck or at the Piano Lounge (depending on weather conditions).
Afterward, enjoy a light breakfast with coffee, tea, and freshly baked pastries at the Piano Lounge.
Dark & Bight Cave Excursion
Time to discover the amazing stalagmite formations in a variety of sizes and shapes adorning the arch-shaped ceiling of Dark & Bright Cave. This cave opens up into a serene lake encircled by cliffside limestone mountains.
The greatest ways for visitors to view this place are from a bamboo boat rowed by locals or kayaking (passengers can select among these two activities; kayaking requires an extra fee).
Have Brunch on board
After an amusing cave tour, you will get back on the cruise for a nice brunch at the restaurant.

Then you may settle your bill and check out at the reception on the 1st deck as the ship cruises back to the harbor.
10:15 - 10:45 | Disembark
The cruise takes you back to the pier. Let’s get off and say farewell to the crew on board.

14:30 - 15:00 | Back to Hanoi
Travel from the pier back to Hanoi via highway. Stop at your hotel in the Old Quarter.

Get ready at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and get on your transfer car to travel to Halong (Book the transfer with an extra fee).

When you arrive at the pier, check in at the ambassador's waiting area (on the 1st floor of Halong International Cruise Port). After that, head to the cruise on a speedboat.
When you board, the staff gives you a fresh drink as a welcome. After that, proceed to the third-floor Piano Lounge for a quick cruise briefing.
Set sails - Have lunch
Ambassador Signature Cruise starts sailing into Lan Ha Bay. Time to enjoy a delicious buffet lunch while witnessing the stunning scenery from the restaurant’s windows.
Visit Viet Hai Fishing Village
Your first stop will be Viet Hai Fishing Village, where you'll get to see ancient houses and fish lakes while learning about the daily activities of the people living there.
You may also treat yourself to a fish foot massage, a great way to relax and relieve stress.
NOTE: If you choose to stay on board, you can visit the Piano Lounge for some desserts or have a spa treatment (additional fee).
Free time at Sunset
Back to the Ambassador Cruise afterward, then it will sail to the anchor area. During dusk, you may join the cooking class or Happy Hour and Canapés (depending on weather conditions).

Discover Trung Trang Cave
Passengers are transferred to Cat Ba Island by bus after the meal. Afterward, discover Trung Trang Cave, one of the Cat Ba Biosphere Reserve's largest caves. This 300-meter-long cave has distinctive geological and biological qualities due to its hundreds of stalactites in various shapes.
Have lunch
After touring the cave, enjoy a delicious lunch and relax for a bit.
Enter Cat Ba National Park
Explore Cat Ba National Park, a biosphere reserve and UNESCO World Heritage Site in Northern Vietnam that is home to a priceless and diversified ecosystem of plants and animals.
Back to the cruise - Leisure time at dusk
After that, transfer to Gia Luan Pier, then you can board the main ship on a speedboat.

Travel to Dark & Bright Cave
Discover the fascinating Dark & Bright Cave, which has an arched roof and resembles the jaw of a frog. It is covered in magnificent sparkling stalactites of all shapes and sizes.
You have two options to explore this place: either using a bamboo boat from the locals or going kayaking (extra fee) on your own.
Brunch time
The restaurant is going to serve a filling breakfast. Let’s have a nice meal before getting back to the pier.
Settle your bill and complete the check-out procedure around 9:30 at the 1st-deck reception.
10:15 - 10:45 | Get off the board
The cruise reaches Halong International Harbor, let’s disembark and say goodbye to the friendly staff.
