- From 5 to 11 years old: 01 child stays in the double/twin cabin with 2 adults: charged 75% adult (with extra bed), 01 child stays in the double/twin cabin with 1 adult: charged 90% adult, Two children staying in a separated double/ twin cabin are charged 90% adult/ each.
- From 11 years old: will be charged as adults
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Pick up
Begin your journey with a limousine or shuttle bus pick-up from your hotel (extra fee needed for booking) in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Then, travel to Tuan Chau International Port in Halong City, enjoying a brief rest stop along the way.
11:30 - 11:45 | Welcome & Check-in
Guests are greeted at Vietstar Cruises Center, Tuan Chau Port (Lot 20b). After check-in at the lounge, guests are transferred to Lyra Grandeur by tender.
Lunch & Embarkation
Savor a welcome drink and a freshly prepared lunch at Harmony of the Sea Restaurant as the cruise begins sailing through Lan Ha Bay.
Afternoon Activities in Ao Ech
Experience kayaking, swimming in the pristine Ao Ech area, or relaxing in the heated Jacuzzi and Nordic-style sauna, while adventurous guests can enjoy the inflatable water slide;
Then, head to the Ocean Sky Sundeck to enjoy Happy Hour with sunset canapés and drinks as you capture golden hour views over the bay, and finally, join a traditional Vietnamese cooking demonstration with our onboard chef.
Dinner & Evening Activities
In the evening, let’s dine with a fusion cuisine menu served in an intimate setting.
Relax with a movie at Spirit of The Sealounge with popcorn, try karaoke, play exciting games at the Entertainment Room, catch the fresh squid, or simply take a rest and watch the night fall from the balcony in your cabin.

Start your morning with a revitalizing Tai Chi session on the sundeck as the sun slowly rises over the bay’s calm waters. Afterward, enjoy a light breakfast at the onboard restaurant.
Explore Dark & Bright Cave
Today, we will visit the Dark & Bright caves by traditional rowing bamboo boats or kayaking. Cruising to Bright Cave, you will see an angled passageway opening the cave's water level and a serene round lake surrounded by trees and stone cliffs.
Check out - Brunch
Return to the Lyra Grandeur to prepare for your checkout right after at 9:00, and enjoy a final brunch as the cruise sails back to the port.
10:30 - 11:00 | Disembark at Tuan Chau
Upon arrival at the harbor, disembark the cruise and wait for your transportation at the waiting lounge (book with an extra fee).
14:00 - 14:30 | Return to Hanoi
Finally, journey back to Hanoi. After approximately 2.5 hours, you will arrive in the capital, marking the end of your unforgettable experience.

Viet Hai Village Trip & Visit Ba Trai Dao
Today, we take a speedboat to Viet Hai on Cat Ba Island, and cycle or drive an electric car through lush paths to the village. Visitors can try a rice wine-making demo, visit ancient houses, and relax with a natural fish massage.
Moving on after that, travelers can relax and swim on one of Lan Ha Bay's most pristine beaches on Ba Trai Dao islet. Let the cool emerald water wash away your worries.
Lunch Onboard
After fun activities, we return to the Lyra Grandeur to relax for a while before enjoying a delicious lunch to refill our energy.
Afternoon Activities
Later, you can discover the enchanting Vietnamese tea ceremony, a beloved cultural experience on the Lyra Grandeur, especially adored by tea enthusiasts.
Afterward, feel free to come and explore the wheelhouse and take photos with the captain while wearing his special hat.
Around dusk, enjoy Happy Hour on the sundeck or continue from yesterday and learn how to prepare more Vietnamese favorites with our chef.
