If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.

08:00 - 08:30 | Travel from Hanoi
For those who book the transfer service (an additional fee needed), a driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter, and then depart for Halong Bay.
11:00 | Embark the cruise
Arrive at the cruise’s waiting lounge in Halong International Cruise Port, do the check-in process, then transfer to the Ambassador Cruise.
Once on board, the crew will warmly welcome you. Listen to a short cruise briefing in the Piano Lounge while sipping our special welcome drink before entering your cabin.
Then, savor a delicious lunch and admire the majestic view of the Natural Wonders while the boat passes through Halong Bay.
Explore Luon Cave
Begin your wonderful journey at the magnificent Luon Cave, where tourists can kayak or take a rowing boat tour (both have an additional charge) to explore the self-contained lake within a closed, arch-shaped mountain.
Visit Sung Sot Cave
Later, we explore the famous Sung Sot Cave, the largest and most magnificent cave in Halong Bay, featuring marvelous and mysterious thousand-year-old stalactites and stalagmites in various unique shapes.

Unwind on board

Back on board - Check out
After discovering the island, we return to the cruise, where a full breakfast awaits you. Let's spend the last moments admiring the majestic scenery while the boat sails back to the harbor. Bill settlement and check-out procedures are at the reception on the first deck around 9:30.

We'll disembark at the Halong International Cruise Port. Farewell to the crew members, and wait for the pick-up service (extra charge) to the Dragon Pearl Cave at Ambassador Cruise's waiting lounge.
12:00 - 12:15 | Reach Dragon Pearl
We reach the Dragon Pearl Cave for the check-in process. Then, sit back and embark on a multi-sensory journey with the performance “The Quest for the Sacred Pearl" for about 30 minutes.

Your first trip in the afternoon is to Luon Cave, one of the prettiest caverns in Halong Bay, with a self-contained lake inside a closed arch-shaped mountain. You may sit on a bamboo boat rowed by a local or go kayaking (extra charge) to discover the beauty of this place.
Visit Titop Island
Then you will travel to Titop Island, a magnificent spot with a crescent moon-shaped beach. Let’s play on the beach and enjoy the cool sea to relax. Hiking to the top of the island for a panoramic view of the bay is another fun option.

2 days 1 nights in Halong Bay
Our family went to Halong twice this year and both times were great. Our family was taken care of very thoughtfully and conscientiously by Mr. Will along with a team of other receptionists such as Hung.
The biggest highlight is that the food is very delicious whether it is Asian or European. Thank you for the cooking instructions. If I have the chance, I will go again.

We experienced 1 day here, the bedroom is beautiful and cool. The staff is very enthusiastic. We went to visit the cave of Surprise, and the cave of Luon, and also went swimming, everything was very beautiful and convenient. The dinner here is very delicious. The service on the 4th floor with very good music
