- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.

Begin your journey with a limousine or shuttle bus pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter (available for guests who pre-book the transfer service, extra fee needed).
12:00 - 12:30 | Welcome & Check-In
Arrive at Dock 36, Tuan Chau Marina. After a warm welcome in the Doria Cruise lounge, complete your check-in and board a tender boat to transfer to the main vessel.
Embarkation & Lunch
Board the Doria Cruise and enjoy a welcome drink before heading to the buffet lunch in the restaurant. After lunch, check into your cabin and take some time to relax.
Afternoon Activities at Tra Bau
You can choose from a variety of relaxing or adventurous options:
- Go swimming directly from the Doria Cruise.
- Take a tender to the kayaking area for paddling and later return for a swim.
- Alternatively, enjoy the Jacuzzi on the third deck or soak up the sun on the sundeck.
Sunset Party & Cooking Class
Return on board and join the sunset party with cakes, peanuts, fruits, and tea. Or else, participate in a traditional Vietnamese cooking demonstration and enjoy Happy Hour as the sun sets over the bay.
Dinner & Evening Leisure

We will board a tender boat to the Dark & Bright Cave for a scenic bamboo boat ride rowed by local people. If you plan to visit, please be on time. Tides may restrict access to the Bright Cave.
Check out & Have Brunch
Return to the cruise to pack your belongings and check out at 10:00. Place your luggage in the hallway and return your cabin key to the receptionist. Afterward, enjoy brunch in the restaurant and settle any bar bills.
11:15 - 12:10 | Disembark
Leave the Doria Cruise and transfer by boat back to Tuan Chau Harbor. You can relax in the waiting lounge before your driver picks you up (book the transfer service with an extra fee).
14:00 - 14:30 | Return to Hanoi
Journey back to Hanoi by shuttle bus or limousine. Stop at your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter. Trip ends.

We had a great time on the Doria Cruise! The staff were friendly and made everything easy. The food was tasty, the cabin was clean, and the activities like kayaking and visiting the cave were fun. A really nice way to see Halong Bay.
