If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.

Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Pick-up Time
A car will pick you up in the Hanoi Old Quarter if you have booked the transport service to Halong Bay (not included in the price).
11:30 - 12:30 | Arrive at Tuan Chau Port - Embark
As soon as the ship arrives at the Tuan Chau International Cruise Port, let's check in at the lounge. After that, get in a speedboat and travel to Heritage Line Violet Junk.
You may have a delectable buffet lunch that entices the taste senses and honors the regional delicacies as you travel to Bai Tu Long Bay.
Join a short welcome presentation by the cruise director introducing the Halong and Bai Tu Long Bay regions, offering insight into the legends and local traditions. Then, enjoy your free time on the terrace deck or your private balcony as the ship glides deeper into the bay, revealing its unspoiled beauty.
Visit the Tra San area
The first excursion for today takes place in the Tra San area, where you explore calm waters by kayak, weaving through limestone cliffs in one of the bay’s most peaceful corners.
Afternoon-activities On Cruise
When you go back to the boat, relax on the top terrace, admire the beautiful surroundings, and enjoy a tasty drink.
Take part in a cooking demonstration on the sundeck if you get the chance.

Savor a delicious dinner with both international and traditional Vietnamese cuisine.

Morning Activities
Wake up early and join the Tai Chi class on the sundeck, which will allow you to breathe in the fresh air in the early morning.
Afterward, don't forget to eat a filling breakfast in the restaurant to replenish energy for the trip ahead.
Explore Thien Canh Son Cave
Explore the prehistoric Thien Canh Son Cave after breakfast. A gentle hike of around 100 steps leads through impressive stalactites and stalagmites, revealing the bay’s ancient geological history, before you are rewarded with a scenic viewpoint at the cave exit.
Explore Outstanding Caves
Discover Vung Vieng Village
Then, we visit the tranquil Vung Vieng floating fishing village, where local families engage in fish and oyster farming. A local host shares insight into daily life in this unique waterside community.
Back onboard, lunch is served, and the ship sails westward.
Relax in Bai Tu Long Bay
The early afternoon features an engaging onboard workshop or presentation hosted by the crew, offering deeper insight into the region’s culture and heritage.
Time is then set aside to unwind at a secluded beach. Swim in emerald waters, enjoy sundowner drinks with canapés, or simply take in the bay as blue hour settles over the limestone scenery.
Savor The Dinner
Back on the Violet Cruise, it’s time for relaxing activities like sunbathing, getting a spa treatment, etc.
Have a delicious meal at the restaurant. Then you are free to choose which way to unwind the night.

It's time to finish packing your bags and complete the check-out procedure. Enjoy the last meal on board while sailing back to the port.
11:00 - 11:30 | Disembark
You will get off the boat at the Tuan Chau Marina. It is now time for you to say goodbye to the crew.
A shuttle bus (book in the next step with an additional fee) will pick you up and get you back to the location in Hanoi
14:30 - 15:00 | Back To Hanoi
You'll be picked up, travel back to Hanoi, and reach your hotel.

This cruise is perfect for those who want a peaceful and less-touristy trip. Bai Tu Long is still very pristine; there were fewer boats there.
