If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.

Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Transfer from Hanoi
If you book the pick-up service (with an extra fee), wait for your driver at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quater then depart for Halong Bay.
12:00 - 12:30 | Tuan Chau Pier Arrival - Embark
Arrival at Tuan Chau Island and check-in at Paradise Suites Hotel. Then, you will be transferred to the Paradise Elegance by electric cart for 15 minutes.
Get on the cruise from the pier, you’ll be given a short briefing about your cruise itinerary and safety regulations while sipping your welcome drink aboard the Paradise Elegance Cruise.
Lunch At Le Marin Restaurant
As the boat starts sailing into Halong Bay, visit Le Marin Restaurant for a nice dining experience as you witness the appealing islets of the bay.
Visit Titop Island
In the afternoon, you have around 1 hour to explore the famous Titop Island, named after the Russian cosmonaut Stepanovich Titov. You can choose to hike the mountaintop to get a panoramic view or swim at the pretty beach on the island.

Later in the day, travel to Luon Cave - a fascinating natural wonder in the heart of Halong Bay. You will have the chance to travel und?r th? lim?st?n? m?unt?in and admire the amazing rock formations and crystal-clear waters via bamboo boat or kayak.

Get in your transfer car and return to Hanoi (transfer fee is not included). After a 2.5-hour drive, you will reach your hotel. End of services.

You will meet your driver on your arrival at Noi Bai International Airport. Get in your transfer car and travel to the luxury 5* Sofitel Metropole Legend to check in.

Family trip in Halong
I have been to Halong before, but this is my first time going on an overnight cruise.

Family trip
My whole family stayed in the Captain Suite and it was very nice. The view was great and the food was good. Eggs were available for breakfast, and the fish and lobster were really delicious.
The sand on the beach is thin so you have to be careful when walking. The hot water works well.
