Booking Policy

- Pick up from hotel/ stay outside Hanoi’s Old Quarter
- Children under 5 years old are FOC, from 5 to under 9 years old are charged 50%, from 9 years old and above are charged as the adult.
- 1 child under 5 years old is free with parent, more than that we will charge extra.
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Pickup time
After picking you up from your Hanoi hotel, our bus heads toward Tuan Chau Island. Take a short break along the road (The transfer service is not included).
11:30 - 12:30 | Embark
Getting to the harbor of Tuan Chau. Step on the Alova Cruise and get ready for a warm greeting aboard.
Before we set sail, there will be a cruise briefing to familiarize you with the journey ahead.
Lunchtime - Set Sail for Ha Long Bay
Keep your eyes on the fascinating islets and outcrops along the way. The locals have given them unique names like "Cock Fighting" and "Thumb," based on their distinctive shapes.
While on the boat, you'll have the delightful opportunity to savor a delicious Vietnamese meal.
Explore Sung Sot Cave - Luon Cave
Reach the archipelago of Bo Hon. You will view amazing stalactites and stalagmites here in Sung Sot Cave. They were all illuminated by colored lights placed to accentuate the structural beauty of the cavern.
Then, explore Luon Cave's amazing secret lagoon by kayak or using a bamboo boat. Enjoy a relaxing moment and take in the pristine scenery and tranquil spirit of this place.

Unwind in Titop Island
Then, take in Titop Island's breathtaking scenery. Spend some time swimming in the emerald sea or sunbathing on the white sandy beach.
For a broad perspective of the bay and the imposing limestone mountains, you can trek to the top.
Return On Board
Come back to Alova Cruise for the tea, cakes, and fruits at the sunset party. It's time to relax with music on the sundeck and interact with fellow passengers while taking in some of the most famous natural vistas on earth.
As the boat sails back toward Tuan Chau harbor, watch the sun gently set and the sky is painted a stunning shade of crimson.
17:30 - 18:00 | Disembark
Reach Tuan Chau Pier and get off the ship. After disembarking, return to Hanoi via shuttle bus or limousine (extra fee needed).
20:00 - 20:30 | Back to Hanoi
After a 2.5-hour drive, you will arrive at your hotel in Hanoi in the evening. This is the end of your trip!

All good
The trip went well. Halong Bay is pretty with its outstanding limestone mountains on the emerald sea. Attractions like Titop Island were a bit crowded for me. The service on board is nice, very friendly cruise team.

Halong Tour
We did this tour based on a recommendation from a friend. I have to say it was very well organized, thank you for the advice from Janet, to the bus driver (who is probably the only one who doesn't honk in all of Hanoi) to the funny tour guide Ben.

A trip worth experiencing
To experience a half-day tour, we chose to stay in Halong and go to the port to take a boat by ourselves. It was cheaper, but getting a taxi for the return trip was difficult. It costs twice as much as going back.

Great trip with family!
Everyone in our family had a terrific time. We had the ideal day cruise before coming to an end in Vietnam. The limo bus arrived on schedule and was quite cozy. The yacht was in good condition overall. The food was delicious. We had a great time kayaking and enjoying the vista. Highly recommended.
