- From 5 to under 11 years old: 01 Child stays in the double/twin cabin with 2 adults: charged 75% adult.
- From 11 years old: Children from 11 years old will be charged as adults. Two children below 11 years stay in a private cabin are charged at 100% of the full cabin rate.
- Charged 100% for the third person using an extra bed
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

8:00 - 8:30 | Pick-up Time
The driver will pick you up from your hotel and take you on a 2.5-hour route ( The cruise tour does not include the transfer price). There will be a short break on the way.
12:00 | Embark - Have Lunch
You will arrive at the waiting lounge at Halong International Harbour. Once your check-in process finishes, take a tender boat to the Athena Royal Cruise.
The onboard staff will welcome you with a drink, then you can have a delicious lunch while seeing the beautiful islets in the harbor from the cruise ship's deck.
Visit the Cong Do Area
The boat anchors in the Cong Do area, a perfect spot for kayaking among majestic limestone islands and swimming at pristine beaches. Guests can also unwind on the endless stretches of the white sand, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty.

Then, let’s return to the main luxury cruise for late afternoon relaxation. You can enjoy the Happy Hour in the bar or participate in the Vietnamese cooking class to learn how to make delicious spring rolls.

Return aboard the Athena Royal Cruise, wrap up your belongings, and finalize the check-out procedure. Then, enjoy a delicious lunch to refresh yourself while the boat heads back to the mainland.

Take a tender back to Halong International Harbor and get off the boat. Say farewell to the crew.
When you get to the pier, which should be around noon, wait for your transfer car (book in advance with an extra fee).
14:30 | Return to Hanoi
You will be transported to your Hanoi hotel via a limousine or shuttle bus. End of your journey.

You will be transported from Hanoi to Halong Bay this morning by a shuttle bus (The pick-up service is not included). The trip may take around 2.5 hours, including a brief stop.
12:00 | Depart - Have Lunch
Once getting to the International Harbour of Halong, carry on the checked-in process, then take a tender boat to Athena Royal Cruise.
The cruise staff will offer you a welcome drink, and the cruise manager will instruct you on some important notes while on board.
Lunch is provided while the cruise ship sails to the renowned Bai Tu Long Bay. Take in the breathtaking scenery and well-known limestone sites.

After a nice lunch on the day boat, unwind with a tea break and discover Vietnamese tea culture before the ship takes you through Bai Tu Long Bay, then returns to the Athena Royal Cruise.
