- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of the total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Pick-up time
Present at your hotel in the Old Quarter, a limousine bus (book the transfer service with an extra fee) will pick you up and depart for Halong Bay.
11:30 – 12:00 | Arrival and Welcome
Arrive at Calista Lounge at Tuan Chau Harbor. Relax in the waiting lounge with welcome drinks while your check-in procedure is completed.
12:30 | Check-in and Safety Briefing
Board the Calista Cruise and enjoy a short briefing about your cruise itinerary, safety instructions, and onboard facilities. Settle into your cabin and get ready to sail.
Lunch at Sea
Savor a freshly prepared lunch in the elegant dining room while Calista Cruise begins its voyage into Halong Bay. Pass by iconic limestone karsts, emerald waters, and floating villages.
Explore Sung Sot Cave
Visit Sung Sot Cave (Surprise Cave), one of the largest and most impressive caverns in the bay. Walk through vast chambers with dazzling stalactites and stalagmites as your guide shares the legends behind their names.
Visit Titop Island
Continue to Titop Island, a small islet with a panoramic viewpoint and a white sandy beach. Hike to the top for a stunning 360-degree view of Halong Bay or swim in the crystal-clear water below.

Return to the cruise for some leisure time on the sundeck. Sip cocktails and enjoy the magical hues of the sunset during Happy Hour.
Or else, participate in a fun and interactive cooking session where the chef will guide you through making fresh spring rolls – a classic Vietnamese appetizer.
BBQ/Set Menu Dinner - Leisure
Delight in a hearty BBQ or set menu dinner in the restaurant. The meal features freshly sourced seafood and Vietnamese specialties.
Then, spend the evening as you wish: relax at the Calista Breeze Bar, try your hand at night squid fishing on the stern, or simply gaze at the starlit bay. Spa services are available at extra cost.

Sunrise Tai Chi/Vovinam - Breakfast
Wake early and start your day with a rejuvenating Tai Chi or traditional Vietnamese martial arts (Vovinam) session on the sundeck, surrounded by peaceful morning seascapes.
Then, enjoy a light Vietnamese breakfast with tea, coffee, and pastries in the dining room as the cruise continues its gentle glide through Halong Bay.
Explore Luon Cave
Board a bamboo boat rowed by local people (or kayak on your own) to explore Luon Cave, a serene tunnel-like passage leading into a hidden lagoon. This quiet spot is home to monkeys, birds, and calm waters.

Return to the cruise and spend some free time in your cabin or lounge on the sundeck. Soak in the last moments of Halong Bay’s charm.

10:45 - 11:00 | Disembarkation
Arrive back at Tuan Chau Port. For guests using the transfer service (book with an extra fee), your limousine bus will take you back to Hanoi.
14:00 - 14:30 | Return to Hanoi
After a 2.5-hour journey, you’ll arrive at your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, marking the end of your unforgettable voyage aboard the Calista Cruise.
