- The rate for children applicable for one child sharing a twin or double cabin with two adults:
- FOC for 1 child under 4 year old sharing bed & meals with parents.
- Child from 4-12 year old sharing room with parent: charge 75%
- Child under 12 year old stay in 1 cabin: 75% adults rate + single surcharge
- For charter cruise: Child from 4 year old count price similar to adult
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Pick-up Time
Your day will begin with a pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi then you'll be transferred to Halong (the transfer service comes with an additional cost).
11:30 - 12:30 | Embark
Once you arrive at the Indochina Junk office and check in at the waiting lounge, you can travel to the pier by e-cart.
Greetings from onboard! You will be given an introduction to the itinerary and safety procedures, and check into your cabins.
Have Lunch
Savor lunch at the onboard restaurant, which features seafood dishes from Halong. As the cruise ship sails through the stunning limestone islands of Bai Tu Long Bay.
Visit Thien Canh Son Cave
In the afternoon, we will head to Thien Canh Son Cave, and discovering its hidden areas sounds like a fantastic adventure! The breathtaking natural beauty and immaculate limestone stalactites are sure to awaken your senses.
Have fun at Hon Co Island
After the cave exploration, our journey continues to the picturesque Hon Co Island. There, you can engage in exhilarating sports like kayaking or swimming. If relaxation is more your style, simply lounge on the white beach to unwind.

Your Halong Bay adventure begins with a convenient transfer (need an extra fee) from your accommodation in Hanoi's Old Quarter

Arrive at the Indochina Junk Office, and take a rest before transferring to the cruise an e-cart, where the crew and staff will assist with the check-in process onto the ship.
When you are already on board, ?noy a refreshing welcome drink. At this time, a safety briefing will be introduced.

We enjoyed our stay on the Dragon Pearl. Chang and her team are very friendly and attentive, and provided us with a wonderful excursion in Bai Tu Long Bay.
The ship was newly renovated 2 months ago and was very clean and well-equipped.
The food was delicious, and everything else was very well organized.
