- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
07:00 - 07:45 | Pick up in Hanoi
Guests who book the transfer service (extra charge) will be picked up at the hotel lobby in Hanoi Old Quarter and depart for Halong.
10:30 - 11:30 | Get on board
Arrive at the waiting lounge at Halong International Cruise Port. Check in and board the Iris Cruise Halong Bay.
Enjoy your welcome drink while the cruise manager briefly briefs you on safety regulations and the trip schedule.
Enjoy lunch
The ship starts cruising through Halong Bay. Let’s have a nice buffet lunch and see the majestic scenery of hundreds of limestone mountains. (*Set menu will be served for under 30 guests)
Explore Sung Sot Cave
In the afternoon, you will travel to the spectacular Sung Sot Cave. This is the largest cave in Halong Bay, made up of countless shimmering stalactites and stalagmites in unique shapes.
Travel to Luon Cave
Then, you will visit the beautiful Luon Cave to join the kayaking or sampan boating activities (extra charge of 100.000 VND/pax). This is one of the most unique caves in Halong Bay, featuring a self-contained lake inside a closed arch-shaped mountain.
Visit Titop Island
Afterward, have a trip to the charming Titop Island, which must amaze you with its charming natural landscape and a beautiful beach like a moon embracing the island.
Visitors have time to soak themselves in the cool sea or hike to the mountaintop and take a look at the panoramic view.

Unwind on board
Return to the Iris Cruise. Feel free to enjoy the live music while cruising amid the magnificent beauty of Halong Bay with delicious Canapé on the sundeck. Or have a self-immersion in the airy Jacuzzi.
16:30 - 17:00 | Reach the harbor
Disembarking when the cruise arrives back at Halong International Harbor. Let’s say goodbye to the staff and get in the transportation back to Hanoi (book with an extra fee).
19:30 - 20:00 | Stop at Hanoi
After around 2,5 hours of traveling, you will be back at your hotel. End of services!

Very memorable. The scenery is amazing and we had a fun time kayaking in the bay. Buffet food was varied and well-cooked. I just hope there were more down time to relax but it was a day cruise so I understand.
