If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

08:00 - 08:30 | Pick up time
If you book the transfer service (extra fee needed), a driver will pick you up in Hanoi Old Quarter and transfer you to Halong Bay.
11:30 - 12:00 | Embark - Lunchtime
Upon arrival at Tuan Chau Harbor, you will enjoy a warm welcome by the cruise staff in the waiting lounge and complete the check-in procedure.
When aboard Le Journey Cruise, have a refreshing welcome drink and cold towel before checking into your cabin. The cruise takes you on an exciting journey to discover the beauty of Halong Bay. Later, enjoy your lunch at the restaurant on board.
Visit Sung Sot Cave & Titop Island
The cruise ship reaches the gorgeous Sung Sot Cave, the most beautiful and largest cave in Halong Bay. Stroll inside, you will enter a world of interesting rock formations, shining under the colorful lights.
After that, we will take you to visit the pretty Titop Island. Feel free to go swimming or hiking up to the top of the island, and take the best panoramic view of Halong Bay.

Join the Sunset party & Cooking class
Back on board, you will participate in a Sunset party & cooking class while the ship cruises toward the anchor point.
You can enjoy relaxing moments while sipping a cup of traditional Vietnamese tea or coffee on the sundeck amid a wonderful sunset. Or else, you will be instructed to make delicious fresh Spring rolls by a chef and then enjoy them.

Morning Activities - Luon Cave visit
Have breakfast on board while enjoying the glorious bay in the morning.
Then return to your cabin to prepare for kayaking activities in Luon Cave. After arriving at the Luon Cave area, you will participate in kayaking or rafting around the thousand-year-old rock formations.
If you are lucky, you can catch great photos of mischievous monkeys swinging up and down around the cliffs.

After the trip, back to Le Journey Halong and relax for a bit before checking out at 09:30. Please put your luggage outside your cabin and leave the room key at the reception desk.
Then, enjoy an early lunch at the restaurant on the 2nd floor and settle the bills if you have any.

Arrival at Tuan Chau Marina. Let’s get off the board and wait for your transportation (book with an extra fee) at the waiting lounge.

Relax in Ba Trai Dao
After lunch, the ship moves to the Ba Trai Dao area in the stunning Lan Ha Bay. Arriving at this area, guests can have a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters and relax on the stunning white sandy beaches for about 45 minutes.
Pearl Farm Excursion
The day boat returns to Halong Bay and continues to visit the Pearl Farm. You will visit the Pearl Exhibition Center and Museum to learn about the intriguing process of pearl farming and harvesting.
Kayaking around and discovering the breathtaking landscape

Return to Le Journey Cruise Halong after a long day. You can take time to refresh and relax, then join in the Sunset Party and have some cool drinks.
