If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

A limousine or a shuttle bus will come to your Hanoi Old Quarter hotel to take you to Halong Bay. (Our cruise pricing does not include the transfer price).
11:30 - 11:45 | Embark - Have Lunch
When you get to the cruise waiting lounge at Halong International Port, let’s work on the registration process before making your tender transfer to Swan Cruise Halong.
When getting on board and before checking into your cabin, take a moment to enjoy your welcome drink while listening to the safety procedures and itinerary introduction. Then, enjoy a delectable Vietnamese set dinner as you cruise deeper into Bai Tu Long Bay.
Visit Cong Do Area
This is the ideal time to explore the Cong Do area's picturesque coastline. It is a part of the center of Halong Bay, a designated World Natural Heritage Site.
Head To Cap La Island
After that, reach Cap La Island, one of Bai Tu Long's top kayaking locations. Sail around the magnificent limestone islands and take in the spectacular scenery, or just kick back on the beach and swim.

After discovering the stunning cave, head back to Swan Cruise to pack up your belongings, and complete the check-out process. Enjoy a typical Vietnamese brunch as the ship returns to the port.
11:15 - 11:30 | Disembark
At the cruise port, disembark and say farewell to the crew. In the waiting room, wait for your transfer vehicle (book in the next step with an additional fee).
14:30 - 15:00 | Return To Hanoi
You will be picked up and driven back to Hanoi by a shuttle bus. Reach Hanoi at around 15:30.

The shuttle bus/ limousine will transfer you to Halong Bay from your hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi (The pick-up service is not included in our cruise pricing).

Arrive at Halong International Port's waiting lounge. Finish the check-in process before transferring by tender to Swan Cruise.
After enjoying a welcome drink and hearing a brief on the activities and safety of the boat. Then, savor a mouthwatering Vietnamese dinner as the cruise sails deeper into the breathtaking Bai Tu Long Bay.
Head To Cong Do Area
Start your journey with the breathtaking scenery of the Cong Do area. It is a section of the World Natural Heritage Site that is located in the middle of Halong Bay.

Visit Cap La Island
You'll arrive at Cap La Island, one of the greatest places for kayaking, which has quiet waters and clear water. It’s time to swim and unwind amid the magnificent scenery or kayak among the lovely karst formations.
Late-afternoon Activities On Cruise
Return to the boat in the late afternoon and take part in the sunset party while cruising to the nightly anchorage.
There is also a culinary demonstration. You may take on the challenge of fruit and vegetable carving or learn how to make Nem Cuon, a straightforward yet tasty Vietnamese cuisine.

Travel to Halong Bay - Pearl Farm
Move to a day cruise and sail into the middle of the immaculate Bai Tu Long Geology Park. You can see the pretty fishing village of Vung Vieng while cruising to Halong Bay.
The first stop is the fishing and pearl farming area. Here, you may learn about the amazing pearl farming procedure used by fishermen.
Explore Trinh Nu Cave
Travelers then visit and unwind in the beautiful Trinh Nu Cave area. You may swim in the cool, refreshing sea, sunbathe on the white beach, or kayak around to discover hidden coves.
Have Lunch - Return to the main ship
At midday, we will back to the day boat for a great cooked meal and have a short rest. Then, feel free to chill out on the boat and sightsee the spectacular view as we return to Swan Cruise.

After finishing your exploration, guests can have some free time on board. You may take part in the Vietnamese cooking class and sunset party on the sundeck

Return to Swan cruise and you will have around 30 minutes to complete packing and freshen up before checking out at 9:30. Then, savor a typical Vietnamese meal as the cruise makes its way back to the port.

Say goodbye to the cruise staff and get off at the cruise dock in Halong. You can wait for your driver at the lounge.
14:30 - 15:00 | Return To Hanoi
You will return to Hanoi in a limousine or a shuttle bus (book with an extra fee). Stop at your hotel, and the tour ends.
