- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge

- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

If you book the transfer service (extra fee needed), a driver will pick you up in Hanoi Old Quarter, then transfer you to Halong Bay.
12:15 - 12:30 | Start the cruise - Lunchtime
When arriving at Dock No. 26 of Tuan Chau Harbor, you will check in and then transfer to the Oasis Cruise. Upon boarding, enjoy a welcome drink, and check into your cabin.
Later, we will enjoy lunch at the cruise restaurant, which has a variety of delicious dishes, while taking in the romantic scenery of Halong Bay.
Have fun in Halong Bay
The cruise will take you to the most peaceful areas of Halong Bay. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the majestic nature and engage in exciting outdoor activities:
- Swimming: Enjoy the clear waters of Halong Bay and relax on a stunning beach.
- Kayaking: This is a wonderful opportunity to explore the magnificent rock formations and secluded corners of the bay.

After the meal, the cruise returns to Dock No. 26, Tuan Chau Harbor. It’s time to disembark and wait for your transportation (book with an extra fee).

Your journey continues with a trip to Cat Ba Island for around 2 hours. Let’s get ready for an extraordinary culinary experience as we take you to a hidden natural cave for lunch.
You may enjoy a specially prepared meal near a cave, nestled in breathtaking rock formations, with the soothing sounds of nature all around you.
Travel to The One Island
In the afternoon, we board the transfer boat for The One Island Escape, an unspoiled island paradise in the bay.
Afterward, check in to your room and enjoy refreshing welcome drinks. Take a moment to relax and soak in the serene island surroundings, gearing up for the adventures ahead.
Discover the island
You may explore the island at your own pace! Play volleyball, swim at the private beach, or unwind with a game of billiards in the lounge.
Feeling adventurous? Take a guided mountain trek to the island’s peak for the most breathtaking sea views (sturdy shoes and mosquito spray recommended).

Have a Breakfast - Free time

Later, it’s time to check out of your cabin approximately at 9:00 - 10:00, and then finalize your account. The friendly staff will assist you with a smooth departure process. Then, we will get on a transfer boat and move back to Tran Chau Harbor.
12:30 - 12:45 | Back to Tuan Chau Harbor
You will get picked up by a bus from Tran Chau Harbor to the Got ferry station. From Got Ferry station, you will travel to the other side, and get picked up by another bus (extra fee needed) and head back to Hanoi Old Quarter.
NOTE: Due to heavy traffic in this area, you may need to wait for the bus for about 1 hour.
