If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Pick up From Hanoi
The transfer car will pick you up and transfer you from your hotel in Hanoi to Halong Bay (transfer service is not included in the cruise price).
11:30 - 12:30 | Embark At Tuan Chau Pier
You will check in at Paradise Suites Hotel - Tuan Chau Island. Then, get on a speedboat to reach the Paradise Grand.
Welcome abroad with a fresh drink and listen to a short briefing about your cruise schedule and safety instructions.
Lunch Time
Guests will have lunch at La Espacia restaurant while the cruise sails through the gorgeous islands and beaches of Lan Ha Bay. After lunch, you can take time to contemplate the beauty of the bay treat yourself to a delicious afternoon tea in the Piano Lounge, or indulge yourself in a Spa treatment.
Visit Viet Hai Village
The first stop is the charming Viet Hai Village with the distinct culture of the locals. You can explore the daily life of the people here by cycling, walking or using e-cart. Let's visit the bee-keeping area, ancient houses, fish ponds and try foot massage by fish.
Sunset Activities On Board
Return to Paradise Grand and it’ll anchored at the overnight location. You can relax with the Buy 01 Get 01 Free Happy Hour program.
Guests can also join the Vietnamese cooking class or listen to the Filipino Band (except on Monday) at the Piano Lounge or on the sundeck if weather permits.

In the evening, go to La Espacia restaurant and Enjoy dinner prepared by the cruise’s professional chef.

Welcome a new day on board with a Tai Chi exercise on the sundeck in the magnificent sunrise setting. Then, you can enjoy a light breakfast with tea, coffee, and cakes at the restaurant.
Explore Dark & Bright Cave
Let's travel to the majestic Dark & Bright Cave. Visitors will discover the beauty of this grotto riding bamboo boats rowed by locals. This is a scenic and poetic spot, serving as a gateway to a tranquil lake, surrounded by imposing stone walls.

Guests will return to Paradise Grand for a full breakfast in the restaurant while the cruise returns to the port.
Let’s pay the bill and return the key to the reception area around 9:30. Afterwards, you can spend the remaining time at the Piano Lounge or sundeck admiring the majestic beauty of Lan Ha Bay.
10:15 - 10:30 | Disembark At Tuan Chau Pier
Say goodbye to the crew, get on the speedboat, and return to Tuan Chau Port. You can wait for your driver at the Paradise waiting lounge.
14:30 - 15:00 | Arrive At Hanoi
A shuttle bus or limousine will pick you up (if you use the transfer service with an extra fee). Drop off at your hotel in Hanoi. End your trip here.

Meet your driver at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quater then travel to Halong Bay if you use the pickup service (book the transfer with an extra fee).
11:30 - 12:30 | Embark - Have lunch
After a 2.5-hour ride, arrive at Paradise Suites Hotel - Tuan Chau Island and do the check-in process. Later, you will transfer to the cruise by a speedboat. Get on board, sip your welcome drink, and listen to the cruise briefing.
As the Paradise Grand sails to Lan Ha Bay, lunch will be served in the La Espacia Restaurant. You can enjoy the beauty of majestic limestone mountains during your meal.
Explore Viet Hai Village
In the afternoon, we’ll reach Viet Hai Village - a place famous for its unspoiled beauty and tranquility. Let's explore the stunning scenery and charming village life by cycling, walking, or sitting in an electric car. You will also visit ancient houses and have a fish pond foot massage to relax.
For the guests who stay on board, go to the Piano Lounge for a tea break with homemade cookies and desserts, or indulge
yourself in a spa treatment.
Happy Hour & Cooking Class
At sundown, Paradise Grand will anchor overnight. It’s the perfect time to enjoy Happy Hour and cooking class in the Piano Lounge or on the sundeck (depending on weather conditions) while listening to a live band (except Monday).

Morning - Have Breakfast
Don’t miss the chance to admire the glorious sunrise of the bay. Boost the energy for the new day with a Tai Chi session at the sundeck then enjoy a sumptuous breakfast.
Fish Farm Discovery
Later, we will get transferred to Fish Genetics Research Farm by speedboat. Please take the essential items along with you for the interesting excursion ahead! This place is the only fish genetic research center in Northern Vietnam with various kinds of fish.
Swim at Ba Trai Dao
We continue the trip to Ba Trai Dao islet for more exploration and swimming. This place is known for its curving white sandy beach and three peach-shaped mountain peaks, creating an amazing area for beach-related activities.
At noon, guests return to the day boat and enjoy a warm lunch to recharge their energy before the afternoon activities.
Explore the bay on a 5-star speed boat
Kayak in the Tai Keo area
Cruising to the pristine Tai Keo cave area, travelers can discover the natural splendor of the Cat Ba archipelago, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site alongside Halong Bay, by kayaking around. Don't forget to take pictures of the outstanding scenery here.
Return to Paradise Grand
After that, the speedboat will cruise back to Paradise Grand Halong Bay for you to relax. The ship will anchor overnight around the late afternoon.
It’s time for some drinks in the Happy Hour (buy one, get one free), listening to live music, or joining a cooking class at the Sundeck or Piano Lounge.
Have Dinner & Free Time
In the evening, you will enjoy a delicious set menu dinner at Le Espacia restaurant. Then, relax with cocktails drinks at the bar, go squid fishing, or watch a movie at the Piano Lounge.

The spectacular Dark & Bright Cave is your next attraction. You can explore this place by locals rowing bamboo boats. This cave is a poetic and breathtaking setting that serves as a gateway to a lovely and quiet lake encircled by stone walls of various dimensions and sizes.

Brunch time - Check out
Back at Paradise Grand, brunch will be served as we once again cruise back to the harbor. Around 9:30, let's settle your bill, check out, and return your room key to the reception deck. Then you may enjoy your remaining time at Piano Lounge or on sundeck.
10:15 - 10:30 | Return To Tuan Chau Pier
After disembarking from Paradise Grand, you will be transferred on a speedboat to return to Tuan Chau Marina. It’s time to get off board and wait for your driver.
14:30 - 15:00 | Arrive at Hanoi
Later, get in your transfer car and travel back to Hanoi (book with an extra fee). Stop at your hotel and end your journey.

Very relaxing.
A well-organized cruise that we truly liked. The staff promptly replied to our first inquiries and helped arrange the shuttle bus.
The room was of good quality, and the mattresses were suoer comfy. The crew on the boat made sure we were properly taken care of during all of the activities, and every meal was great.

2 days in Ha Long Bay
The cruise was just beautiful! Mariano took excellent care of us, knowing our requirements. The itinerary was printed in our room, and the staff kept us updated with announcements. Ha Long Bay is a must-see destination, and it was especially enjoyable with a small, personal group.
