If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Pick-up Time
If you book the transfer service (extra fee needed), you will be picked up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter by a limousine or minivan and take a 2.5-hour drive to Halong.
11:30 - 12:00 | Embark
As you arrive at Tuan Chau Marina, please go to the cruise's waiting lounge for the check-in process.
You will have a welcome drink from the cruise staff when you are on board. The cruise manager will give you some safety instructions before you check into your cabin.
Sail across the calm waters of the bay and have a delicious lunch while passing by the most beautiful areas: Incense Burner, Dog Stone Islet, Fighting Cock Islet, and Three Coconuts Island.
Kayaking in Luon Cave
In the afternoon, we explore the Luon Cave area, a tranquil place encircled by gently sloping limestone islands. Here, you can get in a kayak and discover some of the area's best-kept secrets while enjoying up-close views of the breathtaking bay.

Get up early to witness Halong Bay's breathtaking dawn and take a Tai Chi class on the terrace to start your day. Then, enjoy a light breakfast at the restaurant while admiring the breathtaking views of the bay.
Unwind at Titop Island
As Mila Lux Cruise arrives at Titop Island, you may unwind on the beach, go swimming in the glistening water, or get to the observatory atop the mountain to get a stunning bay view.

It's time to head back to the junk boat. Pack up your stuff and carry on the check-out process at 9:30. Passengers will have a delicious brunch as the ship returns to the pier. Then you may have free time.

After reaching the port, it's time to say goodbye to the cruise staff. You will wait for the transfer vehicle (book in the next step with an extra fee) in the waiting room.
14:30 | Back To Hanoi
Get in your transportation and return to Hanoi. Your adventure comes to an end when you stop at your hotel.

You will be picked up in Hanoi's Old Quarter by transfer service (extra fee needed), which will then drive you to Halong Bay. The route might take about 2.5 hours.
11:30 - 12:00 | Depart
When you get to the Tuan Chau International Port, it's time to check in at the waiting lounge. The staff will welcome you warmly and assist you in getting settled in as soon as you board the Mila Lux Cruise.
After that, enjoy the welcome drink and listen to safety instructions. Then, have a delicious lunch as the ship sails off to Halong Bay.

In the afternoon, we will visit the magnificent Luon Cave in Halong Bay. This is also an ideal place for kayaking and to get up close to the timeless beauty of nature.
Discover Sung Sot Cave
Afterward, we get to Sung Sot Cave, the largest cave in Halong with an area of up to 10,000 m2. This stunning cavern is an amazing spot for photographers and natural landscape enthusiasts.
Late-afternoon Activities On Cruise
Visitors will return to the Mila Lux Cruise for relaxation. You can rest on the sundeck, enjoy a "Happy Hour" drink special, or participate in a Vietnamese cooking class.

After that, we finish kayaking and cruise to the Three Peach Beaches area. Let's enjoy a satisfying lunch before the afternoon journey.
Unwind in Ba Trai Dao Area
It's time to unwind on Ba Trai Dao beaches (Three Peaches beaches) in Lan Ha Bay. Don't hesitate to swim in crystal clear water on the magnificent white sandy beach here.
Return to the main cruise
On the way back to Mila Lux Cruise, we will see Frog’s stone, Satan’s stone, old Pearl Farm, and visit Me Cung cave (If the weather permits).
Enjoy afternoon tea with fresh fruit on the day boat to refresh (make payment for drinks if you get some drink at dayboat). Check out your day boat and get on board later.
On board, you can join the Sunset party with fruits and snacks on the sundeck, take a cooking class, or treat yourself to some cool beverages while the sun gently sets over the water.

The rooms were perfect.
Very satisfied with the cruise. The food was delicious, plentiful, and very well-maintained. The boat crew was very friendly and helpful. The activities were also very enjoyable. I wish I had taken the 3-day tour as it takes you to parts of Halong Bay where there are almost no other boats or tourists.

We waren zeer tevreden over de cruise.
Het eten was heerlijk, overvloedig en zeer verzorgd. De kamers waren perfect in orde. Het personeel van de boot was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De activiteiten waren ook zeer leuk, vooral de 2e dag was heerlijk (enkel bij een cruise van 3 dagen, wat zeer aan te raden is omdat je dan in delen van Halong Bay komt waar er bijna geen andere boten en toeristen zijn).

It was a wonderful trip with fantastic food, a very friendly and accommodating crew, and lovely excursions. Everything was perfectly timed, there was still enough free time.
Our service staff in particular were always friendly and did a fantastic job. My allergy was also taken care of perfectly, the food was changed accordingly and I was able to enjoy everything.

A nice cruise to Halong Bay. As a solo traveler, I didn't have any dull moments during the cruise at all. Sung Sot Cave and Titop Island are very beautiful, although crowded.
The service on board is amazing, I highly recommend it.
