- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of the total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of the total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

If you've arranged for our transfer service (booked with an extra fee), please gather your belongings and await the arrival of our driver at your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter.
11:00 - 12:00 | Embark the cruise
We arrive at the lounge of the cruise at Tuan Chau Marina. Let's complete the check-in process and get on board the Phoenix Cruise.
After a refreshing welcome drink, receive information about the trip's briefing and safety instructions. Take a brief rest in your room before lunch.
Lunchtime - Set Sail for Halong Bay
As you sail through the breathtaking Halong Bay, adorned with fascinating rock formations, indulge in a mouthwatering meal of traditional Vietnamese cuisine.

Let's start a journey to the Halong Bay Pearl farm. It’s your time to seize the opportunity to kayak in Halong Bay! It's a perfect way to connect with nature and create unforgettable memories.

Relax on Titop Island
As part of the voyage, you'll also get to explore Titop Island. You'll be treated to an incredible panoramic view of Halong Bay when you climb to the top.
If hiking isn't your cup of tea, you can opt to swim on the beautiful sandy beach instead.

Upon returning to Mila Cruise, you can freshen up with a shower. Let’s enjoy the bar’s Happy Hour and witness the enchanting sunset.

Practice Tai Chi - Have Breakfast
Start your day off early with a Tai Chi session, and refresh yourself before enjoying breakfast. Then, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee while taking in the morning bay view.

After that, visit Sung Sot Cave, which translates to "Surprising" in English. Prepare to be amazed by this exquisite natural wonder adorned with ancient stalactites and stalagmites that have formed over millions of years.
9:30 | Check out & Have Brunch
After our kayaking adventure, we'll return to the boat to do the check-out process. Then, savor the flavors during brunch and take in the final moments of our Halong Bay adventure.
11:30 | Reach Tuan Chau Pier - Disembark
Bid farewell to the sailors as we disembark from the boat, cherishing the experiences throughout the journey.
If you book the transfer service (not included in the price, extra fee needed), wait for your car, and return to Hanoi.
14:30 - 15:00 | Back To Hanoi
It's time to get off when you reach your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter. Trip ends.

Get ready and get on your transfer service to travel to Halong (Book the transfer service separately from the cruise price).
11:00 - 12:00 | Get on board - Have Lunch
Arrive at the pier and do the check-in process at the Tuan Chau Marina. Then transfer to the Phoenix Cruise. As the safety precautions and itinerary are explained, sip on your welcome drink and check into your cabin.
Then, it's time to enjoy a delicious buffet lunch while witnessing the stunning scenery from the restaurant’s windows.
Pearl Farm trip
The first destination is Pearl Farm, which is also the perfect location for kayaking, giving you a close-up look at Ha Long Bay's ageless beauty.

Head to Titop Island
Then you will travel to Titop Island, a magnificent spot with a crescent moon-shaped beach. Let’s play on the beach and enjoy the cool sea to relax, or hike to the top of the island for a panoramic view of the bay.
Free time at Sunset
Back to Phoenix Cruise afterward, then it will sail to the anchor area. During dusk, you may join the Happy Hour.

Dinner time & Leisure
After a long day, enjoy a sumptuous dinner at the restaurant. Then, you can unwind on the sundeck, play chess or cards, go squid fishing, or enjoy the bar and spa.

Morning Activities
Don’t forget to wake up early to catch the glorious sunrise in the bay. Then you may practice in Tai Chi Class and have breakfast afterward.
Travel to Trinh Nu Cave
Guests are transferred to the day boat, and sightseeing while passing by the Face’s stone, Horse’s mountain, before going to Trinh Nu Cave, Roster Cave for kayaking.
This area is perfect for getting lost in nature, admiring the lush flora, and breathing in the fresh air.

Have Lunch
Around noon, you return to the day boat for a delicious set menu to prepare for the afternoon activities.
Join a trip to Ba Trai Dao Beach
Go to the Ba Trai Dao beaches (Three Peaches in English) and spend around 45 minutes swimming in the pristine water on the lovely white sand beach.
Return to Halong Bay
On the way to come back, we will see Frog’s stone, Satan’s stone, old Pearl Farm, and visit Me Cung cave (If the clients did Pearl Farm yesterday, we will go to Me Cung cave).
Leisure Time at Dusk
Enjoy sightseeing along the way back to the mother boat. Mila Cruise will anchor for the night at sunset.
This is the ideal time to participate in Happy Hour on the cruise or join a cooking lesson to learn how to make Vietnamese spring rolls.
Evening Activities
Enjoy a fantastic set meal at the cruise’s restaurant. After that, you can try squid fishing, have a spa treatment, etc.

Travel by day boat on the 2nd day
Morning
If you miss the Tai Chi Class on the 2nd day, let’s join it on the last day and witness the sunrise over the bay. Then, have a light breakfast with coffee, tea, and pastries.
Visit Sung Sot Island
Head to Sung Sot Cave, an outstanding cavern with numerous stalactites and stalagmites that come in all shapes and sizes. The view is so marvelous that the French had called this place “the cave of surprise”.

Back on board, you can settle your bill and check out at the reception desk, then enjoy brunch in the restaurant.
11:30 | Get off the board
The Phoenix Cruise reaches Tuan Chau Marina, let’s disembark and say goodbye to the friendly staff.
