- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.

Get ready at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and transfer to Halong International Harbour via the highway (the transfer service is not included in the cruise price).
11:15 - 12:00 | Get on board
Arrive at Halong Cruise Port and complete the check-in procedure at Sea Stars Lounge.
Board the luxury cruise and enjoy a welcome drink while the cruise manager gives a brief introduction to the itinerary and safety regulations.

We start the trip to visit Tung Sau Pearl Farm. The floating structures associated with pearl farming lend this corner

The 2nd stop of the afternoon is Sung Sot Cave, the largest and most stunning cave in Halong Bay.

It's time to take a leisurely bike ride (or electric cart) to Viet Hai - a small village nestled in the ancient forest, surrounded by the majestic mountains of Cat Ba National Park. This place still retains its original pristine beauty, offering guests interesting and new experiences.
Have a nice lunch
Return to the dock and board the day boat to go further to the other side of Lan Ha Bay. Then, enjoy a tasty lunch aboard the ship while passing by some of Lan Ha Bay's most beautiful sights.
