If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.

8:00 - 8:30 | Pick-up time
Present at your hotel in the Old Quarter, a limousine bus (book the transfer service with an extra fee) will pick you up and depart for Halong Bay.
11:30 – 12:00 | Arrival and Welcome
Arrive at Calista Lounge at Tuan Chau Harbor. Relax in the waiting lounge with welcome drinks while your check-in procedure is completed.
12:30 | Check-in and Safety Briefing
Board the Calista Cruise and enjoy a short briefing about your cruise itinerary, safety instructions, and onboard facilities. Settle into your cabin and get ready to sail.
Lunch at Sea
Savor a freshly prepared lunch in the elegant dining room while Calista Cruise begins its voyage into Halong Bay. Pass by iconic limestone karsts, emerald waters, and floating villages.
Explore Sung Sot Cave
Visit Sung Sot Cave (Surprise Cave), one of the largest and most impressive caverns in the bay. Walk through vast chambers with dazzling stalactites and stalagmites as your guide shares the legends behind their names.
Visit Titop Island
Continue to Titop Island, a small islet with a panoramic viewpoint and a white sandy beach. Hike to the top for a stunning 360-degree view of Halong Bay or swim in the crystal-clear water below.

Sunrise Tai Chi/Vovinam - Breakfast

Arrive back at Tuan Chau Port. For guests using the transfer service (book with an extra fee), your limousine bus will take you back to Hanoi.

After a 2.5-hour journey, you’ll arrive at your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, marking the end of your unforgettable voyage aboard the Calista Cruise.

Guests who book the transfer service (with an additional fee) will be picked up from their hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter and head to Tuan Chau Harbor.

Arrive at the exclusive lounge of the cruise, where you’ll be welcomed with a refreshing drink. Shortly after, guests will transfer by boat to board the Calista Cruise.
Once on board, make your way to the Bayview Restaurant on the 2nd floor for a detailed itinerary and safety briefing. Guests will complete check-in, receive their cabin keys, and settle into their rooms (luggage will be conveniently delivered to the cabin door).
Have Lunch
Enjoy a refined gourmet lunch in the elegant restaurant, featuring a curated menu of exquisite dishes. While dining, admire the open-air atmosphere and Halong Bay’s iconic landmarks such as Finger Islet and Hoa Cuong Village.
Explore Sung Sot Cave/Titop Island
In the afternoon, the cruise includes an excursion to Sung Sot Cave/Titop Island, or both, depending on the weather conditions.
At Sung Sot Cave, marvel at the grandeur of sparkling stalactites and stalagmites illuminated by colorful lights. Each corner of the cave reveals a breathtaking natural wonder.
Alternatively, visit Titop Island, where you can swim in the turquoise waters of its pristine beach or hike up to the summit. From the top, a sweeping panoramic view of Halong Bay awaits.

Visit Vung Vieng Village
At Vung Vieng Floating Village, nestled amid towering limestone cliffs and calm waters, you’ll discover the traditional lifestyle of local fishermen. Accessible only by boat, this floating village offers a rare glimpse of authentic life away from the busier tourist routes.
Explore Thien Canh Son Cave
After a Vietnamese lunch on board, continue to Thien Canh Son Cave. Here, explore striking limestone formations, hidden grottoes, and sweeping panoramic views of Bai Tu Long Bay.

Back on board, take some time to relax before preparing for check-out. At around 9:30, guests will complete payment of any remaining charges at the reception desk on the 1st floor. Then, we enjoy a special brunch, served just before the journey concludes.

From Calista Cruise, bid farewell to the friendly crew, and transfer to the waiting lounge at Tuan Chau Harbor. Guests with pre-booked transfers (extra fee) will be assisted accordingly.
14:30 | Back to Hanoi
Enjoy a comfortable 3-hour drive back to Hanoi. Arrival at your hotel in the Old Quarter marks the end of your memorable Halong Bay journey.

Amazing cruise
I had a great time on this cruise. Meals were delicious, especially dinner. Luckily, we travel on the day they have fireworks, adding fun to the experience.

Fun time on board
This cruise was new with modern facilities. The staff was so nice and friendly.
I personally like the outdoor dinner on the sundeck. I was lucky to choose on the day they had fireworks. There was music, too.
Overall, a fun cruise tour to entertain.
