If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

08:00 - 08:30 | Pick up time
If you book the transfer service (extra fee needed), a driver will pick you up in Hanoi Old Quarter, then transfer you to Halong Bay.
12:15 - 12:30 | Start the cruise - Lunchtime
When arriving at Dock No. 26 of Tuan Chau Harbor, you will check in and then transfer to the Oasis Cruise. Upon boarding, enjoy a welcome drink, and check into your cabin.
Later, we will enjoy lunch at the cruise restaurant, which has a variety of delicious dishes, while taking in the romantic scenery of Halong Bay.
Have fun in Halong Bay
Embark on an exciting adventure through one of Halong Bay’s most iconic spots.
Paddle your kayak through the tranquil waters of Luon Cave, then head to the stunning Titop Island – famous for its soft white sand and crystal-clear waters. Swim, sunbathe, or join a friendly beach volleyball game.
For the adventurous, hike up to the summit of Titop Mountain for a breathtaking panoramic view of Halong Bay – a truly unforgettable experience surrounded by nature’s beauty.
Kayaking with your group of friends
Time to return to the main cruise, it’s the best time for relaxing, sunbathing on the sundeck. Oasis cruise moves to the overnight area. After the energetic activities, you can unwind in the outdoor jacuzzi, soaking up the fresh air of the bay.
Chill out on board
As the sun sets, a sunset party will be served with fresh fruit juice, along with the Happy Hour promotion at the bar (buy 2 drinks, get 1 free). This is the perfect time to enjoy a joyful atmosphere and the mystical beauty of the bay’s sunset.

Rise and shine. Don’t miss the breathtaking sunrise over Halong Bay while savoring a delicious breakfast at the restaurant.
Visit Surprising Cave – Sung Sot Cave, the largest and most beautiful cave in Halong Bay. As you enter the cave, you’ll be amazed by its vast space and stunning stalactites in unique shapes.
You will have around one hour to discover this fascinating area. (Visiting Sung Sot Cave is optional. Should you prefer not to participate in the cave excursion, you are welcome to remain on board the cruise and enjoy the stunning scenery of Ha Long Bay at your leisure)
Afterward, you can unwind onboard before checking out of your cabin and settle your bill at around 08:40 - 09:20. Later, we will enjoy lunch at the restaurant onboard the cruise.
11:30 - 11:45 | Disembark
After the meal, the cruise returns to Dock No. 26, Tuan Chau Harbor. It’s time to disembark and wait for your transportation (book with an extra fee).

Free time to explore Cat Ba town – a famous destination with wild beauty and fresh air. You can swim at Ladies Beach right in front of our hotel or Cat Co beach 1, 2, or 3 – the cool blue beaches, with white sand, are prominent on the island.
In addition, you can also freely walk around the town center, enjoy coffee, and local specialties. Do not forget our Mile High Club bar at the rooftop will open from 15:00 every day, and the Jacuzzi is available as well.
Journey to Paradise Cave by shuttle bus through Cat Ba’s stunning landscapes to the exclusive dinner venue. Welcome to Paradise Cave as you step into the shimmering natural cave space, setting the scene for a magical evening. It was an excellent tour. The entire crew was super friendly and created a great atmosphere.
Sam, in particular, was very helpful and always made sure everyone was having a good time. In the evening, he played beer pong with us. And he was always up for some fun. The food and the catering were also a 10 out of 10.
