- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.

Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Pick-up Time
A limousine or a shuttle bus will pick you up from your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter and transport you to Halong Bay. The route might take around 2.5 hours (Our cruise tour does not include the transfer price).
11:00 - 11:45 | Embark - Have Lunch
Upon arrival, check-in processes will take place in the lounge. Take a tender to the Orchid Trendy Cruise to begin your journey.
Once on board, relax with some welcome drinks and listen to the management of the ship go over the itinerary and some safety precautions.
As the ship begins to explore Lan Ha Bay, savor a delicious lunch and take in the breathtaking scenery.
Head To Ao Ech
We will discover the Ao Ech (Frog Pond) area, where tranquil waters and picturesque landscapes create an idyllic setting for kayaking, as if you're exploring a secret world hidden within pristine nature.

Visit Trung Trang Cave
After making the transfer to Cat Ba Island, we will stop at Trung Trang Cave, deeply nested in the lush forest. It is 300 meters through the mountain and has multiple stalactites of different shapes that may amaze and thrill tourists.

We return to the main cruise, pack your bags, and get ready for the checkout process around 9:45.
Subsequently, a delicious brunch is provided at the restaurant while the cruiser proceeds towards the harbor.

Get back to Tuan Chau Marina to disembark, and it's time to say goodbye to the crew. Then take a ride for the return trip to Hanoi (book the transfer service with an additional fee).
