If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.

Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Pick up From Hanoi
The transfer car will pick you up and transfer you from your hotel in Hanoi to Halong Bay (transfer service is not included in the cruise price).
12:00 | Check in - Embark
Guests arrive at Tuan Chau Island and complete the check-in procedures for Paradise Grand Cruise.
Step aboard the ship, sip on a refreshing welcome drink, and receive a briefing about the onboard facilities, safety, and upcoming journey highlights.
Lunch time - Leisure
Later, enjoy a leisurely lunch at La Espacia Restaurant, featuring a selection of Vietnamese and international dishes, while the ship glides past the striking limestone karsts and islets of Lan Ha Bay.
After lunch, you may choose to unwind with scenic views from the sundeck or indulge in a relaxing spa treatment (available at an extra cost).
Visit Tien Ong Cave
In the afternoon, we reach Tien Ong cave - a magnificent cave with landscapes and a primitive charm like no other, with a system of thousands of years old stalactites and stalagmites. Archaeologists have also discovered human bones and artefacts dating back to 10,000 BC - 8,000 BC...
Explore Cua Van Village
Guests will then begin their exploration of Cua Van Floating Village, one of the most typical floating fishing villages in Vietnam. Guests may choose to kayak or visit the village by bamboo boat.

Back on Paradise Grand, you can take advantage of Happy Hour (buy 1, get 1 free drinks) and join a lively cooking class to learn how to prepare a traditional Vietnamese dish.

Afterward, settle your bill and return your room key at reception at around 9:30, with some free time to soak in the view or take photos before disembarkation.

Disembark from Paradise Grand and board the speedboat that will transfer you back to Tuan Chau Marina, marking the end of your unforgettable journey.
