- More than 15 days prior to check-in: FREE of charge
- From 15 to 3 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 72 hours prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
- No-Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Pick-up from hotels in Hanoi’s Old Quarter by shuttle bus (optional service, bookable in the next step with a surcharge). Enjoy a 2.5-hour drive along the highway to Halong Bay.
11:30 | Embark - Have lunch
Arrive at Halong International Harbor, where our team warmly welcomes you at the waiting lounge. Complete check-in procedures before boarding. Enjoy a refreshing welcome drink during the safety briefing, then settle into your cabin as we cruise to Bai Tu Long Bay.
Soon after, delight in a tasty Vietnamese set menu lunch while admiring the bay’s spectacular limestone formations and peaceful atmosphere.
Explore the Cap La area
Grab a kayak and paddle through the hidden lagoons around Cap La Island, weaving between towering limestone cliffs. You may also enjoy swimming in the crystal-clear waters, or simply relax on the sundeck if you prefer a slower pace.

Sunset Party & Cooking Class
Later, return to the main vessel and unwind. Gather on the sundeck for a sunset party with tea, coffee, fresh fruit, and light snacks while watching the golden glow over Bai Tu Long.
Then, you can take part in a hands-on cooking class to learn how to prepare Vietnamese fresh spring rolls or practice vegetable carving.
Dinner - Free time
Savor a romantic dinner in the cozy dining area, featuring fresh seafood and local specialties. Afterward, enjoy free time: sip a drink at the bar, try squid fishing with the crew, or simply lounge on the sundeck under a sky full of stars.

If you book the transfer service (with an additional fee), get in your pick-up car and return to your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. End of the service!

Discover Thay Cave
The first stop is the pristine Thay Cave, a hidden gem with fascinating stalactites inside. Swimming and kayaking activities are also available around this area.
After the cave tour, travelers enjoy a freshly prepared lunch served onboard while cruising to the next destination.
Visit Vung Vieng Village & Pearl Farm
Then, we will discover the life of fishermen in the serene Vung Vieng floating village. Afterward, visitors travel to the Pearl Farm and learn about the intriguing pearl cultivation from the locals.

Let's continue cruising around the quiet Bai Tu Long Bay, feel free to swim, or kayak in a secluded area to relax your mind.

Get back on the cruise to settle your bill and check out of your cabin at 9:00. For the remainder, you can take photos of the pretty bay. Later, brunch is served on board as the boat cruises back to the harbor.
11:45 | Disembark
Get off the Viet Sails Cruise and take a tender boat back to Tuan Chau Marina. You will be returned to Hanoi from there (book with an additional fee).
14:30 | Back To Hanoi
You will arrive at your hotel in Hanoi in the afternoon. This is where your journey finishes.

Wonderful trip to Halong
The tour guide is friendly and professional, and can quickly understand the history of Halong Bay.
Tasty meals are provided on the boat, and the voyage is smooth with little shaking. Overall, it is a comfortable journey. Halong Bay is beautiful, and it would be even better if there was blue sky!

Nice budget cruise
The cruise ship is great for its price. Very reasonable for budget travelers. It was a bit old and the room was not too big but it was comfy, that's all I needed. And the service is very good, it helps elevate the experience for me.
