- Children from 12 years old and above will be fully charged as adult
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

8:00 - 8:30 | Pick-up Time
A limousine transfers tourists to Halong International Harbour after picking them up in Hanoi's Old Quarter. (Our tour does not include the transfer price)
11:30 - 12:15 | Embark - Lunchtime
Arrive at the Harbor promptly and board the Treasure Junk. Once you've completed the check-in process, enjoy a delightful welcome drink and a concise briefing of the cruise.
Then, relish a delectable lunch while the cruise sails toward Bai Tu Long Bay.
Discover Cong Do Area
Visit the spectacular Cong Do Area in the afternoon. kayaking here allows you to see the most beautiful limestone islets and islands in the area's natural environment.
Late-afternoon Activities On Cruise
Come back to the cruise to savor the finest parts of the day at the sundeck with drinks in hand. Then, you have time to take part in a Vietnamese cooking demonstration.
Have Dinner - Nightlife Fun
Savor a delectable meal onboard restaurant. Later, try your hand at squid fishing. Finally, relax and unwind in the comfort of your cabin.

As the cruise sets sail towards the port, enjoy culinary delights and relish every moment of your remaining time in this breathtaking bay.
10:45 - 11:30 | Disembark
It's time to disembark from Treasure Junk and make your way to the waiting lounge at the Halong International Pier.
14:30 - 15:00 | Return to Hanoi
Hop onto the transfer car and hit the highway for your return journey to Hanoi. (Our tour does not include the transfer service)

Need some upgrade
The rooms are cozy and the beds are comfortable. The staff was the highlight, very professional. However, the room feels old and needs to be renovated. The meals are nice, but the drinks are overpriced for the standard.
Overall, it is more or less comparable to the price.

Tranquil time
I made a great choice to visit Bai Tu Lon Bay. This place is less-visited so the trip is very peaceful and pleasant. The service on board is also good. I hope I can book a 3-day cruise to this place next time.
