If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Pick up from Hanoi
If you book the transfer service (extra fee needed), you will be picked up at your hotel in the Old Quarter, then travel to Halong Bay.
11:30 - 12:15 | Arrive Tuan Chau Harbor
Get to the pier and get on a tender to transfer to Verdure Lotus Grandeur Cruise. Enjoy your welcome drink on board and listen to the cruise briefing and safety introduction.
Have lunch
After checking in your cabin, enjoy a fabulous lunch while the ship sails toward Halong Bay - a trendy destination, passing by the famous Finger Islet, Candle Islet, and numerous limestone islands.
Explore Luon Cave
In the afternoon, you may visit the stunning Luon Cave. By kayak or bamboo boat, you may discover this location's uniqueness and gorgeous landscape.
Participate in Kayaking in Luon Cave
Relax on Titop Island
Then we continue to Titop Island, where you can hike to the viewpoint for sweeping bay vistas, swim in the emerald sea, or simply unwind on the beach.
Happy Hour & Cooking Class
Return to the Verdure Grandeur and relax. Later at sunset, you can enjoy the Happy Hour and take photos of the scenery.
Guests can take part in the Cooking demonstration to try making fresh or dried Spring rolls and experience fruit carving.
Dinner time - Leisure
It’s time to enjoy delicious local food served by the on-board catering staff in the restaurant. Then, you’ll have free time to try squid fishing, drink at the bar, have a massage, or simply relax in your room.

You can wake up early to sightsee the glorious sunrise or participate in a Tai Chi class. Later, have a light breakfast with tea & coffee to refill your energy for the day.
Visit Sung Sot Cave
The cruise then visits Sung Sot Cave, Halong Bay’s largest and most renowned cavern, where impressive stalactites and stalagmites create remarkable natural formations. At the exit, a panoramic viewpoint rewards you with stunning bay scenery.
9:00 | Check out on board - Have brunch
After the short trip, get back to Verdure Lotus and check out of your room. As the cruise ship slowly cruises back to the pier, enjoy your last brunch on board and enjoy the pretty scenery.
10:45 - 11:00 | Disembark
You’ll reach Tuan Chau Harbor before noon, get off the ship, and say goodbye to the friendly staff.
14:30 | Return to Hanoi
Get on your shuttle bus (book with an extra fee) and return to Hanoi. Drop off at your hotel and end the trip.

Pickup from the hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter is available for those who book the transfer service (not included) and travel to Halong Bay.
11:30 - 12:15 | Embark the cruise
Upon reaching the pier, you will be transferred to Verdure Lotus Grandeur Cruise by tender. Embark on board.
While enjoying the welcome drink, the cruise manager will deliver a cruise briefing and safety introduction.
Enjoy a fabulous lunch.
After checking into the cabin, lunch will be served while the ship sails into magnificent Ha Long Bay. We’ll pass the famous Finger Islet, Candle Islet, and thousands of unique limestone islands.
Visit Luon Cave
In the afternoon, set out to explore Luon Cave by kayak or bamboo boat, drifting through calm waters surrounded by towering limestone cliffs.
Unwind on Titop Island
Then, you can choose to hike to the top of Ti Top Island for stunning panoramic views of the Bay. Or else, go for a refreshing swim in Halong Bay’s emerald waters or sip in the shade.
Happy Hour & Cooking Class
Back to the main ship and relax. Let’s enjoy the Happy Hour and take photos of the charming sunset.
Cooking Demonstration is a great activity to learn more about Vietnamese cuisine. You can try making spring rolls and carving fruits.

For early risers, don’t miss the Taichi class on the sundeck and see the sunrise. Go to the restaurant and have a light breakfast with tea, coffee, fresh air, and peaceful surroundings.
Discover Trinh Nu & Trong Cave
A day boat will pick you up at the Titop area, where you’ll be warmly welcomed on board, then continue with scenic cruising past iconic formations such as Face Stone and Horse Mountain before heading toward Trinh Nu Cave and Trong Cave.
Here, you’ll enjoy a kayaking experience, paddling through calm waters and exploring the peaceful surroundings of these beautiful caves.
Lunchtime
Finish kayaking and go to the Ba Trai Dao area by the day boat. Later, you will be served lunch with a variety of dishes at the restaurant.
Relax in Ba Trai Dao
The cruise takes you to the pristine Ba Trai Dao Beach. This is one of the most beautiful beaches in Lan Ha Bay, with amazing white sand and fewer tourists; you are free to swim or participate in kayaking activities here.
Explore the Pearl Farm
The boat cruises past Con Coc and Mat Quy islands before stopping at the pearl farming area, where you can see pearl rafts and learn about local cultivation methods.
Later, enjoy a relaxing afternoon tea with fresh fruit on board, with drinks available for purchase from the day boat.

Return to Verdure Lotus Grandeur Cruise. You will be watching the sunset fall on Halong Bay, immersed in soothing or vibrant music, sipping a cocktail during Happy Hour.

Your next stop is the magnificent Sung Sot Cave, one of the biggest caves in Halong Bay, with a beautiful view. You will be surprised by the stalactites and stalagmites formed over millions of years, which have taken on fascinating shapes.

After the cave tour, get back to the Verdure Lotus Grandeur for check-out. Then you’ll have brunch while the ship slowly cruises to the pier.
