If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Travel from Hanoi
If you book the transfer service in advance, your driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi and start the trip to Halong Bay via highway.
11:45 - 12:30 | Embark - Have lunch
You arrive at the cruise lounge (No 11, Tuan Chau International Port) for the check-in procedures. Then, you will transfer to the Aqua Of The Seas Cruise by speedboat.
After a brief introduction, guests may have a buffet lunch while cruising in the magnificent Halong Bay - Lan Ha Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations.
Explore the Tra Bau area.
In the afternoon, Aqua Of The Sea moves to the picturesque Tra Bau area in Lan Ha Bay. Known as one of the best spots for kayaking, you can have a fun time sailing your kayak around the majestic landscape or swimming in the emerald sea.

Onboard Activities
We return to the cruise ship, it’s your free time to relax. Don't miss the to catch the gorgeous sunset, enjoy the sunset party on the sundeck, and take part in a cooking class of authentic Vietnamese dishes.

It’s time for dinner, let’s have a tasty set menu then take part in evening entertainments: play games on the cruise (card games, chess,...), karaoke, squid fishing, and more.

Tai Chi Class - Breakfast
You can refresh and indulge yourself in the peaceful beauty of the bay with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck. If you want to hunt for dawn, get up from 5:30 depending on the season. Later, enjoy breakfast to recharge your energy.
Have a trip to Quan Y Cave
Today, we will take a guided tour of the magnificent Quan Y Cave on Cat Ba Island. The cave is not only historically significant, but it also demonstrates the Vietnamese people's tenacity, ingenuity, and innovation.
It also includes sparkling stalactite formations and secret paths that create a wonderful and interesting ambiance.
Get back on board - Brunch
After the cave excursion, you return to Aqua Of The Seas and it is time to check out at 9:30. Afterward, enjoy a delightful brunch at our restaurant while cruising back to the mainland.

11:20 - 11:30 | Disembark
The cruise ship reaches Tuan Chau Marina, says best wishes, and ends the cruise. You can wait for your transportation (book with an extra fee) at the waiting lounge.
14:00 - 14:30 | Back to Hanoi
Travel from the pier to Hanoi for about 2,5 hours, you will stop at your hotel and conclude this memorable experience.

8:00 - 8:30 | Pick-up time
For those who book the transfer service (extra fee needed), wait for your driver at your hotel in Hanoi then travel to Halong Bay.
11:45 - 12:30 | Check in - Embark
You will be present in the waiting room at No. 11 Tuan Chau International Port to check-in. From there, you will get on the transfer boat to move to the Aqua Of The Seas Cruise.
Boarding the cruise and then enjoy a buffet lunch at the restaurant while the cruise begins its journey to explore the beauty of Halong Bay & Lan Ha Bay.

In the afternoon, guests have a chance to explore the Tra Bau area in Lan Ha Bay. You can participate in kayaking activities and freely swim in the sea to chill out amid the pristine nature.

Sunset Party - Cooking Class
Return to Aqua Of The Seas, you are free to relax on board. Don't forget to reach the sundeck area to welcome the sunset, enjoy the sunset party, or join a Vietnamese cooking class.

You will be served dinner in a luxurious and romantic restaurant space on this cruise ship. Then, enjoy the mysterious beauty of the bay on the terrace, sip at the bar, play cards, fish for squid,... or treat yourself to a massage.

Early morning activities
You can wake up early to participate in the Tai Chi session on the sundeck. Afterward, have breakfast while the ship continues to move deeper into the bay. Then, we will get on a day boat to visit Cat Ba Island.
Viet Hai Village Exploration
The first stop of today is Viet Hai Village, nested in Cat Ba Forest Biosphere Reserve. You can go cycling to take in the beautiful countryside along village roads and through tropical forests.
Let’s also visit a local family's house to learn how they live their everyday lives and spend some time discovering or resting with a fish massage.

Lunchtime
After a fun time in the village, we get back to the day cruise for lunch. Enjoy your meal while admiring the beauty of the majestic bay.
Visit the Quay To area or Ba Trai Dao
The next activity is exploring the charming fishing village by kayaking or interacting with the fishermen at Quay To Area (or else, swimming on Ba Trai Dao’s natural beach depending on the weather).

Afterward, we return to the Aqua Of The Seas Cruise to relax. You can enjoy a sunset party & have some drinks at the sky bar or join the cooking class.

In the evening, savor the premium meal to recharge your energy after a long day. Then, guests can enjoy the magical bay view at night, drink at the bar, and relax on the sundeck, karaoke, or squid fishing.

Travel on a day boat on the 2nd day
Tai Chi - Have Breakfast
Take a deep breath of the fresh morning air, and start your day with a Tai Chi session on the terrace. Then, have breakfast and get ready for the day.

We reach the pier in Cat Ba Island and a car takes you to visit Quan Y Cave. Here, tourists will learn about the heroic history of the Vietnamese people. The cave also impresses visitors with its natural beauty, featuring shimmering stalactite formations and mysterious pathways.
Check out onboard - Have brunch
Afterward, we return to the cruise ship and check out at around 9:30. Then, you may enjoy a buffet brunch with special dishes as the ship gets back to Tuan Chau Marina.

You disembark the Aqua Of The Seas at the pier - end the journey on the bay and wait for the transfer back to your hotel in Hanoi (book the transfer service with an extra fee).

We were served by Mr. Mon throughout our stay; he was very welcoming and charming.
The room we had was magnificent, with a breathtaking view of Halong Bay. A huge, very comfortable bed, as well as all the amenities provided.
All the activities were great. The atmosphere was good.
The massage was a little too energetic for me.
