- The rate for children is applicable for one child sharing a twin or double cabin with two adults on a mattress.
- Children from 05 - 11: Stay with parent 75% adult rate.
- Children under 05: Stay with parent FOC
- Only one (01) child under 4 years old sharing a room with two (02) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin
- In case the parent's room has 02 children under 5 years old sharing the same bed with their parents, the second child will be charged 75% of the price of 1 adult.
- More than 45 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 31 to 45 days before check-in: 20% of total rates
- From16 to 30 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 15 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Pick-up time
From your accommodation in Hanoi Old Quarter, let’s transfer to Tuan Chau Marina by shuttle bus or private car (The transfer fee is not included in our tour price).
Arrive At Tuan Chau Pier - Embark
After traveling for around 2.5 hours, you will arrive at Heritage Line's welcoming lounge.
From there, you will take a brief speedboat ride to the cruise before beginning your unique tour of Lan Ha Bay.
Enjoy Lunch
Enjoy lunch in Ginger's 360-degree light-flooded dining while watching the culinary performance in an open kitchen with magnificent views of the surrounding backdrops.
Set Sail To Viet Hai Village
Head to Viet Hai Village, Cat Ba Island jewel surrounded by mountains and lush forest.
Travel by bicycle or e-cart around Viet Hai, where you can meet the locals and learn about their way of life.
Biking Tour At Viet Hai Village
Late-afternoon Activities On Cruise
Come back to the cruise once you finish your sightseeing tour.
Let’s participate in various activities: relax in the Jacuzzi, join a cooking class in the large open kitchen of the restaurant.
Enjoy Dinner And Relax At Night
Savor your incredible meal then take part in nighttime activities like relaxing at the pub, or try squid fishing.

9:30 | Check out - Have Brunch
It's time to get back to the boat and finish checking out.
Then, enjoy a delicious brunch at the cruise's restaurant as it heads back to the off-shore embarkation point.
11:00 -11:30 | Disembark
Take the speedboat to the pier's welcome lounge to leave the cruise trip.
Spend some time relaxing while waiting for the transfer to Hanoi (book the next step with an additional fee)
14:00 - 15:30 | Back To Hanoi
Get a transfer to Hanoi and reach the city at around 15:00. Your fascinating journey is coming to an end.

Great 2 days cruise
Thank you to all the staff on board. Our family had a great time during the tour, my kid really liked the activities. 24 hours is a bit short to explore the vast bay.
We'll book a 3-day cruise next time.

What an incredible time we had aboard the Ginger Cruise. A must-have for everyone heading to Vietnam. The staff are really pleasant and helpful, and the cuisine is great. They also had some fantastic activities, such as touring a village and cooking class.

Gorgeous Ginger sail in Halong Bay
Halong Bay is a true gem. Gorgeous views and islands formed by rock formations (despite some floating trash in the bay).
The Ginger trip was excellent. Sam and staff were entertaining and very customer-focused, and Vinny makes a fantastic host. Great cooking and cuisine class.
Our party enjoyed the bike ride into the village almost as much as the kayaking.

An amazing evening to cherish
We enjoyed a wonderful time on the Ginger on our two-day, one-night cruise.
The meal was fantastic, the service was outstanding, and the cabins are wonderful. The employees went above and above to make us feel special.
