If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

8:00 - 8:30 | Morning Pick-up
There will be a limousine or shuttle bus transporting you to Halong Bay from your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter (book the transfer service with an extra fee).
11:45 - 12:00 | Embark - Have Lunch
Reach the Indochina Sails waiting station, then start the check-in procedure. Take a speedboat or tender to get on Indochine Cruise Halong Bay.
You will get a hearty welcome on board. Before you check into your accommodation, enjoy a welcome drink while the cruise manager gives you safety instructions.
As the Indochine cruise glides into the center of the magnificent Lan Ha Bay, a delicious lunch will be provided at the restaurant.
Explore Dark and Bright Cave
The stunning Dark and Bright Cave is the first place you will visit. You may go kayaking or ride in a bamboo boat that is rowed by locals. Let's learn intriguing tales about the cave and ecology here for a wonderful experience.

Return to the Indochine Cruise after your exploration and spend the night anchored there. The Head Chef is offering culinary classes where you can learn how to make traditional Vietnamese dishes.

It's time to get back to the ship, pack your bags, and finish the check-out process after your tour. Then, enjoy a buffet brunch while spending the last moments on the cruise admiring the view.

Say goodbye to the crew staff then board the tender to return to Tuan Chau Pier. Relax inside the pier building while waiting for return transportation.
14:30 - 15:00 | Return To Hanoi
If you reserve the pick-up service (need an extra fee), a shuttle bus will return you to Hanoi. This marks the end of your journey!

When you embark, the cruise staff will provide a warm greeting. As you listen to the safety instructions and cruise briefing, enjoy your welcome drink.
Then, a delectable lunch will be provided as the cruise sets off to Lan Ha Bay. It's time to refuel and get ready for the afternoon.

Take a quick rest after lunch and then head to Dark & Bright Cave. This cave is well-known for its fascinating natural ecosystem and breathtaking limestone structure.
The most enjoyable method to explore this cave is by kayak, or you may spend your time lounging and taking in the peaceful surroundings in a bamboo boat.

You'll return to the boat after the sightseeing tour to enjoy the glitzy Lan Ha sunset on the sundeck. To learn how to prepare some traditional dishes, you will have the opportunity to take part in the Vietnamese cooking class.

Let’s ride bicycles or electric vehicles via village pathways and into the beautiful green areas that are characteristic of Cat Ba Island. It's a pleasant approach to learning more about enduring cultural values and a past spanning over a century.

Following the exploration of Viet Hai Village, we will return to the day boat in time for the lunch set menu.
A Tour To Tai Queo or Ba Trai Dao Area
Continue your amazing adventure by kayaking through the Tai Queo Area and the "Dragon Eye" lake tunnel cave. Take a quick excursion to catch a peek at Lan Ha Bay's breathtaking island and lake scenery.
Alternatively, the cruise may arrive at Ba Trai Dao Beach (if the weather permits), an unspoiled area of natural beauty. You are welcome to swim and fully submerge yourself in this lovely environment.
Get back on the day boat, you can savor appetizers as you return to the main cruise ship in Lan Ha Bay.
Relax on board
Return to Indochine Cruise. Let's relax onboard as we sail to the overnight anchorage. You can attend the Fruit and Vegetable Carving Lesson led by our Head Chef to learn how to decorate and make some traditional Vietnamese food.
Have Dinner And Nightlife Fun
Savor a delectable meal at the elegant luxury restaurant to indulge in a culinary treat. Take part in nighttime recreation: playing board games, having a massage, squid fishing, or just relaxing in your room.

The final stop is Trung Trang Cave, which is referred to as a “gold treasure” by the locals because of its abundance of alluring characteristics. The exquisite features and captivating shapes of the cave that were carved by nature over many years are revealed with every step.

After that, it's time to return to the main cruise, finish packing your bags, and complete the check-out procedure.
Then you may savor the delicious buffet brunch while the elegant Indochine glides slowly toward the Tuan Chau Port.

As the cruise docks softly, it's time to say goodbye to the cruise crew. Get in the waiting room to wait for your transfer vehicle.
14:30 - 15:00 | Return To Hanoi
A shuttle bus or a limousine (book with an extra fee) will arrive to pick you up and transfer you to your hotel in Hanoi. The tour ends.

Taking a cruise of 1 night is truly the best way to enjoy the wonder of the bay.
Good organization, has very kind and friendly staff, good food, and a fascinating tour that shows the charm of the bay. We also met some pleasant tourists. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Nice service
This was one of the best ships we've been on. The design was great with modern facilities. The crew served us very well during the meal. They were attentive. However, it was rainy so we couldn't enjoy the activities to the fullest.
We'll return in the future!

Beautiful Indochina cruise journey
Staying at Indochine Cruise for 3 days is a memorable experience. Friendly and pleasant staff, take care of all guests.
The meal on the ship was delicious. Beautifully decorated and well-maintained boat. The cabins were big, thoughtfully designed, and featured a charming relaxing balcony. Tai Chi session in the morning was good for our health and mind for our upcoming trip.
