- No-Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

A limousine or shuttle bus will pick you up from Hanoi Old Quarter and take you to Halong Bay (Our tour does not include the transfer price).
11:30 | Embark - Have Lunch
You will carry the check-in process at Lot 24 Tuan Chau International Cruise Port and get on the cruise with warm greetings from the cruise staff.
Let’s enjoy the welcome drink while listening to a thorough safety briefing from the cruise manager.
After that, savor a delicious lunch at the restaurant as the ship heads towards the fascinating Lan Ha Bay.
Visit Dark & Bright Cave
Spend this afternoon at Dark & Bright Cave to seize the thrilling opportunity to explore the natural beauty of this area by local boats or by kayak.
This water cave, being comprised of 2 different caverns, will undoubtedly impress every tourist with its lush flora, magnificent mountains, and marine life richness.

After about 2.5 hours of transfer, you will be in your hotel in Hanoi in the afternoon. Your cruise tour ends.

Memorable time
This trip to Lan Ha Bay was a great experience for me. The bay itself looks very beautiful. Other than that, the service is top-notch.
The staff was so friendly to me. I may return in the future with a 3-day tour.

Nice large boat with a fantastic crew
Nice rooms; enjoyed the bathtub and spacious balcony.
The cuisine was okay, but I would have liked local options. The staff were outstanding.
