If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

8:00 - 8:30 | Pick-up Time
A limousine or shuttle bus will pick you up from Hanoi Old Quarter and take you to Halong Bay (Our tour does not include the transfer price).
11:30 - 12:15 | Embark
You will carry out the check-in process at Lot 24 Tuan Chau International Cruise Port and get on the cruise with warm greetings from the cruise staff.
Let’s enjoy the welcome drink while listening to a thorough safety briefing from the cruise manager. After that, savor a delicious lunch at the restaurant as the ship heads towards the fascinating Lan Ha Bay.

Visiting Tra Bau Area, which is known as an area famous for its unspoiled, poetic natural beauty and attractive seascape. This is the best time for kayaking to discover the truest beauty of the limestone islands. After that, you can immerse yourself in the emerald green water of the bay.

After about 2.5 hours of transfer, you will be in your hotel in Hanoi in the afternoon. Your cruise tour ends.

Arrive at Viet Hai local pier for your 30-minute biking on a paved road along a nice lagoon, then head up to a small slope before descending through a tunnel cave. The pleasant ride along the jungle path will lead you to Viet Hai, a small village nestled between jungle and limestone towers
Enjoy Lunch
After exploring the peace of the village, get back to the day boat for a delectable lunch and get ready for the afternoon trip.
Visit the Ba Trai Dao Area

Say goodbye to the cruise staff, get off at the pier, and wait for the transfer vehicle to get back to Hanoi in the cruise lounge (book in the next step with an additional fee).

Memorable time
This trip to Lan Ha Bay was a great experience for me. The bay itself looks very beautiful. Other than that, the service is top-notch.
