If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.

A limousine bus will pick you up from your accommodation in the Old Quarter and take you to Halong Bay. (The transfer service is not included in the pricing).
11:30 | Arrive at Tuan Chau Pier - Embark
As soon as you arrive at the Tuan Chau International Cruise Port, check-in procedures will start in the lounge. There is welcome tea ready for you to enjoy while waiting for the boat to depart.
Get on board and make yourself at home in the welcoming atmosphere of the ship's restaurant to begin your adventure.
Have Lunch
Throughout the voyage to Lan Ha Bay, passengers may enjoy appetizing dishes and admire the stunning view from the windows.
Visit the Ba Trai Dao area
You will discover the serene Ba Trai Dao (if weather permits), which is hidden inside the uninhabited expanse of Lan Ha Bay. Visitors may participate in a variety of activities, such as swimming or kayaking in breathtaking splendor.

Orchid Cruises anchors for an overnight stay in Tra Bau. After a few hours of fun, you can relax on board and take advantage of the Happy Hour program.

You return to the ship after a few hours of excitement and start the check-out process. Then, enjoy your brunch on the cruise while sailing back to Tuan Chau Pier.

Let's say goodbye to the crew and disembark at Tuan Chau Marina. You can wait for your driver in the lounge.

If you've arranged for transport (extra fee needed), get in the pick-up vehicle and drive back to your hotel in Hanoi. End of the trip.

To go to Noi Bai International Airport, a vehicle transport will pick you up. When we get there, let's check in at Hai Au Aviation, Counter A32, Lobby A, Terminal 1, and then hop aboard the seaplane for the 45-minute flight from Hanoi to Halong.
