If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.

Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Pick-up Time
Start your adventure when a limousine or shuttle bus picks you up at your Hanoi Old Quarter hotel and drives you to Halong Bay (The cruise price does not include the transfer price).
12:00 | Embark - Have Lunch
As you arrive at the harbor, you may check in at the lounge at No. 26, Terminal 2, Tuan Chau Harbor, then get to the Venus Cruises on a speed boat.
You will be welcomed aboard and greeted with a welcome drink. Our crew will conduct a safety procedure, and then you are free to check into your cabin and freshen up.
Afterward, have a delicious lunch that highlights the real tastes of Vietnamese cuisine.
Explore the Tra Bau Area
There are numerous amazing limestone karst landscapes surrounding this place. Kayaking is a great way for you to begin your exploration here. You can also immerse yourself in the bay's pristine waters by swimming.
Activities On Cruise
Get back to the cruise around the late-afternoon time to join the most exciting activities. Take advantage of the Happy Hour program and enjoy the breathtaking sunset over the bay. You can also join the Vietnamese cooking class.
Have Dinner - Nightlife Fun
Savor a delicious meal in the cruise’s restaurant after a long day. Later, you might go squid fishing, treat yourself to a spa treatment (which needs an extra fee), or just relax in your cabin.

Explore Dark & Bright Cave
Set out on a trip to the Dark & Bright Cave and surrounding islets, immersing yourself in their untamed and enigmatic allure aboard traditional local rowing boats or kayaking by yourself.
9:00 | Check Out - Have Brunch
Return to the cruise for check out and wrap up your belongings. Have the last meal on board and unwind on the sundeck for the final few hours.
11:30 | Disembark
Saying goodbye to the crew as you disembark from the boat. A speedboat will transport you back to Tuan Chau Marina.
14:30 - 15:00 | Return To Hanoi
The transfer vehicle (not included in the price) will take you back to Hanoi in about 2.5 hours. Your tour comes to an end.

8:00 - 8:30 | Morning Pick-up
You will be picked up in a limousine/ shuttle bus from your hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi and driven to Halong Bay (The pick-up service requires an extra fee).
12:00 | Depart - Have Lunch
You will join our speedboat and head to the Venus Cruise after you reach the lounge at Tuan Chau Marina.
A thorough explanation of the tours and a safety briefing will be given by the cruise manager when you get on board. As the ship heads to Lan Ha Bay, you will enjoy a lunch with the distinctive flavor of Vietnamese cuisine.
Head to Tra Bau
The first stop is the pretty Tra Bau Area where you can choose to engage in kayaking or enjoy a swim in the crystal clear waters. This is a great way to admire the beauty of the bay.
Late-afternoon Activities
Later, return to the cruise for the most interesting activities like the Happy Hour promotion, or join the Vietnamese cooking class where you can learn how to prepare spring rolls.
Have Dinner And Night Activities
Savor meals are prepared with the best ingredients for traditional Vietnamese food.
It's your own time to unwind by sipping a unique beverage, having a spa treatment, or doing anything else that strikes your fancy.

Visit Viet Hai Village
Start the 2nd day by heading to Viet Hai village on a day boat and join many activities on land.
You can have a leisurely bike ride around a lovely lagoon, and take in the breathtaking environment at some stops on the way. If you visit an ancient local house made from straw, mud, or bamboo, you will have a chance to see the local life.
NOTE: Optional electric car service is available (at an extra cost).
Enjoy Lunch
Have a delicious meal to replenish your energy after an active day of cycling around the village (lunch is provided on the day boat).
Relax at Ba Trai Dao Beach
Let's spend your afternoon in the stunning Ba Trai Dao (if the weather permits). This place is situated in the middle of a narrow, rectangular area enclosed by vertical cliffs, which makes it perfect for water-related activities.
Unwind Onboard
Come back to the cruise to watch the gorgeous sunset, join the Vietnamese cooking class, or enjoy the Happy Hour program.
Have Dinner And Nightlife Fun
A special dinner will be served, offering you outstanding food and quality service. Then you are free to do as you like: play board games, drink at the bar, have a massage, etc.

Return to the main boat to unwind and check out at the reception. On the way to the harbor, you will have a nice brunch at the restaurant on board.
11:30 | Disembark
As we say goodbye to the crew, let’s disembark from the ship and back to Tuan Chau Marina on the speedboat.
14:30 - 15:00 | Return To Hanoi
A shuttle bus or limousine (the transfer price is not included) will pick you up and drop you at Hanoi in about 2.5 hours. End trip.

Overall, the experience is good and we will keep a very good memory of it. Halong Bay is beautiful and remains a must-see.
Cruise lines should participate more in cleaning the bay, and why not offer this activity to tourists.

Nice trip to Lan Ha
We were very happy with the service on this cruise. The staff is amazing. They even decorated our room for the anniversary. We had a great time on board. One of the best cruise we've had.

Had a great experience on the Venus Cruise. The customer service was excellent.
The crew made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. I would recommend this cruise to anyone wanting to see Halong Bay.

Great tour! Recommmended
We did a two-day, one-night cruise, and it exceeded our expectations.
The staff was super nice, the buffet was fantastic, and the menu set for dinner was amazing.
Our room was really spacious, with a great private balcony and jacuzzi.
