- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.

Pick up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or Opera Theatre House (book the transfer in the next step with extra fee) and travel to Halong.
11:30 - 12:00 | Check in - Embark
Arrive Tuan Chau Harbor. Transfer to the main boat by tender. Embark and warmly welcome to the cruises!
While enjoying the welcome drink, listen to a cruise briefing and safety introduction. After that, check in your cabin.

After the cave tour, return to Verdure Lotus Cruise to check out at around 9:00. While brunch is served, the ship slowly navigates emerald water toward the mainland.

Reach the pier, transfer to the cruise lounge, and disembark. Car transfer service is available with an additional fee.
14:30 - 15:00 | Return to Hanoi
Get in your booked car and get back to your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Trip ends!

You will be transferred to the day boat to go further into Lan Ha Bay. You start the journey to Viet Hai village - a peaceful village with magnificent scenery by bike.
Let’s cycle through the vast rice fields and enjoy the fresh air. You stop to rest and visit the old house made from straw, mud, bamboo, etc to find out about the lives of local people.

Return to the day tour cruise. You will be served lunch with a variety of dishes in the dining area on board.

This cruise was great!
Our family cruised on Verdure Lotus Cruise for 1 night. The accommodations were modest in size but well-kept. There was no shortage of food, and they did a great job preparing vegetarian meals for us. We also engaged in a variety of activities, including hiking, caving, and kayaking. Every crew member was really helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Nice trip
We met several fascinating folks, which made our vacation extremely unique; otherwise, it might have been a little routine.
We got a beautiful room with a bath, and I was happy to relax in the cool water.

Accommodations and staff warmth are what the best about this cruise. However, bathroom upkeep was minimal.
